Metro Barns & Buildings

Description of Work: We had a contract with this company to have a 22X34 barn built. We paid the 1st payment with the 2nd payment to be paid after the frame was built and all materials were delivered. After many attempts to have the barn started it was built on 12/21/2010, we signed our contract in November. By January 2011 we have not had any progress with the barna nd the company had stated we violated our contract. They took off with the money and left us with a frame and no other supplies. We sent nearly a 50 emails and left 25 messages with no responses during this time. After our initial contract was signed and 1st payment was made we never were able to get a hold of anyone at their "office" again. One person (Shaune Flannigan) would answer our phone calls to his cell phone and was made to appear the hero against the other owner, who happens to be his brother. They played good cop bad cop with Shaune Flannign being nice, sympathetic and very convincing as to getting things done. Once the frame was built no one answered any calls and any emails.
