Description of Work: Installed new roof including tear off of old shingles, replacing fascia board, some decking, etc. The job went extremely well. The sales person (project lead) came on site multiple times and called us to give updates. It was a professional job done by experienced roofers.

Description of Work: First, we worked with Larry Petr and Beth. They helped us with completing and filing the claim forms and all other paperwork that was required. Larry walked the premises with the inspector and pointed out items that were damaged from the hail storm. The price quoted for the work was reasonable and met our expectations. Larry was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication was excellent! Larry would phone or stop by to keep us informed. Quality of the materials and labor was excellent! The men working on the roof worked hard and thoroughly cleaned the area around the house. All labor performed by the Mastercraft has a 10 year warranty. Not a lot of roofing companies will stand behind their work for 10 years! We will use them again the next time we need a new roof!

Description of Work: New roof. Another roofer stole the insurance checks & Jason & his company, MasterCraft came to my rescue. Jason negotiated w/ my insurance company, kept me informed, and was absolutely wonderful.

Description of Work: The provider came in and completely took care of all our roof leak problems. Replaced the roof and coordinated the replacing of the sheetrock in the damaged areas and new facia. They coordinated everything with the insurance including working with the adjuster and the supplements.

Description of Work: I called 2 roofing companies in our area, both on Angie's list. Jason with Mastercraft roofing called me back immediately and came out the very next day. We had already purchased the materials, which he used. His price was very fair, he did excellent work, and even repaired some additional areas on the roof that we hadn't asked him about. We tried to call him about those areas but accidentally misdialed his number, leaving the message on someone else's phone! So, we were pleasantly surprised that he did the additional work needed just because it needed to be done. He didn't charge extra for that work. We'll definitely use his services again! A week before contacting Jason, we left a message for a different local contractor, whose information we got from the yellow pages, and NEVER heard back from him. The other roofer we called also called us back, but not until evening (also from Angie's list),

Description of Work: Mastercraft replaced my hail damaged roof. I will admit I was a bit leery and cautious as I was approached by Larry and Beth as they were "cold calling" the neighborhood. But Larry convinced me to allow him to inspect my roof and explained that I had significant hail damage and that I could have my 17 year old roof replaced by my insurance company. As Mastercraft had already replaced several roofs in my neighborhood I did my research, checked here (no reviews), the BBB and with my neighbors. Everything checked out and I decided to proceed.
