From the initial call, to a week after installation, communication had been ongoing, friendly, and professional. I was readily provided a quote for a new HVAC system the same evening I called. Next day, Gustavo followed up by calling me and asking me if I had any additional questions or concerns. He never pressured me into anything; he just wanted to make sure I had all the necessary information for such an investment. I waited a few more days to make my decision. He promptly replied to all my text messages in the meantime. Once we set the date for the installation, he accommodated the day I wanted the job to be done. On the day of installation, Gustavo's crew was punctual and they were very polite and professional throughout the installation process. They answered all my questions once the installation was done. I was guided through the final check up to see that everything was working properly. I was a bit anxious of replacing an old, but working HVAC system. But after a few days of using my new system, I was so glad that I found Lexany's to do the job because the system runs wonderfully. I was contacted several times after installation to check up on me and to see how the system was running. Everything perfect so far, and I know it will remain like that. Lexany's bring customer service to a whole different level. I have never had a company so concerned about my investment as Lexany's. I know they care about their clients and that they offer quality workmanship and awesome customer service at a great price. I only wish I had found Lexany's earlier. A rating on price, quality, and punctuality. The whole installation of new Trane X16 condenser and gas furnace took about 8 hrs, including roofing and electrical work. Very professional and the cost savings was substantial. To rest assured on the quality of their workmanship, a city permit is pulled to ensure completed work is done right to code. At this point, I am happy with the job completed. If any issue arises I trust Lexany will promptly service any warranty issues.

Poorly. The quoted me $3,900 for the unit and installation. They came out and began the work. After they had ripped everything out, they added $400 to the quote, claiming that that had been the price to begin with. When I showed them the ad I used, they said they would not install the unit unless I paid the extra money. It was Texas in July and I was now completely without A/C, so I paid. I should have called the cops. They then installed the unit backwards. They didn't move it until I threatened to cancel the check. They left a huge mess, inside and out, plus they didn't deal the unit properly. I had to pay someone to fix it because they refused to honor their warranty. Ultimately, they were a giant headache and cost much more than a reputable company with a better unit.

I would definitely highly recommend this company, very punctual Mr.Garza was right on the ball and very good prices . Technicians were pretty fast and very neat. I was recommended by my son who also had a 3 ton system installed by them and we are both very satisfied !

When they showed up to do the initial install of the new unit, they didn't come with the outside unit. I h ad to reschedule that. After they finally completed to initial install, I was told just give him a call when my sheet rock work was done and he come back out and install my vent covers. I called to have vent covers installed, he said let me pull your paperwork and I'll call you back, never called back. I called him back said he would be out on Tuesday, Tuesday comes no show no call. I called him back it took several phone calls and 3 weeks to finally get him back out to finish the work. Few weeks later I tried to use the unit for heat and nothing worked. I called and said I was having issues with my heater, he said he'd get someone out that afternoon, he said there would be a service call, I told him I had a warranty on it and all of a sudden he had thousands of calls and they were back logged but he would get someone as soon as he could. As of today he still has not called me back or shown up to fix his work. Don't use this guy.
