He did it so fast I couldn't believe it. He said he could do it in 20 minutes and he did it less than 20 minutes.

Ken was awesome. He hauled away the old dishwasher. And the new one is still working great.

EXCELLENT. HE WAS PROMPT AND RELIABLE. RETURNED A WEEK LATER TO REPAIR AN ADDITIONAL PROBLEM THAT WE DISCOVERED ON HIS FIRST VISIT. HIS RATES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE FLAWLESSLY.
Description of Work: LIGHT PLUMBING AND CARPENTRY. REPAIRED A GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND KITCHEN DRAINS. ALSO REPAIRED A BACK BATHROOM WHERE A LEAK IN THE WALL FROM A FAULTY INSTALL HAD FORCED ME TO SHUT OFF THE WATER IN THAT BATHROOM. A PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR HAD TOLD ME IT WAS A SLAB LEAK AND WOULD COST A FORTUNE AS THEY WOULD HAVE TO DIG UP MY FLOOR. KEN SAID HE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST IN THE WALL AND FOUND IT, SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM, REPAIRED IT AND BOTH JOBS COST A TOTAL OF $336.OO. A WEEK LATER HE INSTALLED A NEW VANITY FAUCET IN MY MASTER BATH AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING PERFECTLY EVER SINCE.

It was very fast. He told me how long it would take, but when he was talking to me he worked faster and it took less time than he thought it would. He even set the clock.

He did a lot of small stuff.
Description of Work: We had floor vents that he closed off. Redid the sheet rock and got it ready for padding. He also installed four light fixtures and four switches.

He did a very good job. It was really reasonable both times. He was a great guy to talk to, great guy to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do. He did it for what he said it would cost. He was on time and he was professional the whole time. I would grade him straight A’s across the board on everything. He was excellent. I’m planning on calling him to come back and do some flooring for me.
Description of Work: Handy man services. I've used him twice. The 2nd time was to replace a bathroom vanity sink and the shut off valve for it.
