 + -1 moreI contacted J and amp; G Welding on 4-08-13 to get a quote for some metal hand rails for the exterior front steps. A week later I heard nothing. I called again and explained the situation. The woman who answered the phone, who I'm pretty sure is the same woman I spoke with the first time, apologized and said someone would call me. That was weeks ago and once again I have been blown off. No call, no email - nothing. Must be nice to have so much business that they need not display common courtesy. I was given them as a referral from the builder of my home, Darling Homes. I will plan to let them know of my experience so they don't refer anyone else to them.
