We are very pleased with Heartland Pest Services since moving to Heartland last year. Owner Mike Barrera is friendly, courteous, and professional. He does an excellent job of explaining his services and what/why/how he does what he does.

Heartland Pest Services did an outstanding job. Owner Mike Barrera, arrived on time; explained his services; and applied insecticide spray both inside our home, as well as, outside (some services do not offer interior application or, at the very least, charge extra. We felt Heartland's price was very competitive and plan on using them in the future.

Mike with Heartland Pest Control is professional and always on time. When he says he is going to do something he follows through. This is actually my second contact with him as they did do a treatment in the late summer of the interior and exterior of the house. His treatments do work as well because I have only seen traces of dead insects but nothing alive. Now here we are in October and I had a terrible smell coming from the attic that was rather embarrassing. Just so you understand I text Mike on a Friday evening and he scheduled me that following Monday morning for service. That is what I call good customer service! He located the two dead rats in the attic in under half an hour and then let him treat the house one more time before winter. I will continue to use Mike and his company for all future pest services. I am also going to let him treat my business address for rats as well in Plano.

Great company. Heartland goes above and beyond. They are not in and out like other pest control companies leaving you to wonder if they even did anything. He took his time, listened to what we wanted and did a thorough job. Also, you WON'T beat the price! Professional and respectful.

It went well especially when the sticky pads caught a field mouse and he sealed the opening and no more worries. Awesome job.

Could not be happier with the services provided. NOT only did he make me feel very comfortable by explaining each step he was taking, he volunteered information without my needing to ask. 90 day warranty sets my mind as ease, if they are confident enough to offer another spray with the all pricier natural chemicals for free his process MUST work. (PRICED LITERALLY 1/10th of what other companies want to charge and use harsh chemicals.)
