Fox Services installed my new Trane Air Conditioner and Heater in 2006. They have been servicing it since. Richard has been in my attic several times, has responded to phone calls on the weekend including Sundays, and has been readily available to drop in and take a look at my system as needed. A couple of years ago the air conditioner stopped responding to the thermostat, and Richard found the problem right away, the AC condensate line had plugged with dust, the overflow tray had filled activating the floater switch. He cleared out the water, improved the drain line to eliminate the problem in he future, and charged me quite reasonably. Fox Services and owner Richard McClure have been safe, reliable, and friendly.
Description of Work: Seasonal Maintenance, checkup, and replacement of air filters in the attic.
