The doors look absolutely wonderful - everything I had envisioned. The time he took to make sure that the doors were stained to match the wood floor was extra special to me and his eye for detail in all that he did was great. Caleb is a super super guy - was a very pleasant experience and will definitely use him again in the future should I need any door work. You will not go wrong in hiring Caleb for any of your door needs!!!!!

Caleb returned my call promptly and arrived on time to provide an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived on time, replaced my busted door with a new steel door and frame, repaired and replaced the wood around the door, and installed a combination lock. I had purchased the lock in advance, but failed to let him know until the day of the appointment. He had purchased a door with two holes, so he returned the lock I purchased and came back with a combination deadbolt and handle for appearances. His work is quality and he cleaned up after himself, taking the old door and trash with him. I will be using him again for additional doors.

He came on time, worked efficiently and very cleanly and neatly. The doors were all perfect in the end, and we were thrilled with the results.

I recently moved into current home. The front door was warped and would not close or lock. Caleb came and looked at the door, stating what I already figured out, that the door had to be replaced. We discussed the different types available and decided what to get for replacement. He took care of the entire purchase, picked up the door and installed it within a week. He cleaned up everything before he left. He is a very nice man and professional all the way.

They are good. They are reasonably priced and they do a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Caleb, the sole proprietor, came out to inspect my situation and give me an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite. He checked the existing metal on wood doors and as I had thought recommended I replace them with fiberglass due to the damage from water exposure. I picked out the doors/features I wanted and setup an appointment for him to come out and install them. He arrived on time again and set to work. He removed the old doors, set the new frame and installed the new doors. His work was careful and professional. The threshold required an extra piece that he had not anticipated needing, so I agreed he could return the next day and install that. He did so with no issues. He cleaned up the area when he was done. The doors look and work great. I am very pleased with them. You might be able to save a little money by going through a big box store, but I think Caleb's expertise and professionalism more than made up for any price difference. The next time I need door repair or replacement, I will use Legacy Door Service.

It was excellent service. He was very conscientious and very clean. I would use him again in the future.

Caleb showed up on time to look at our project. He emailed us a quote within a day. We accepted his bid and he showed up on time and began work. He was professional and careful. When the job was done he even reduced his original bid price due to not having to use new trim materials he purchased. Extremely honest young man.

Caleb installed a beautiful new door for us. He's pleasant to work with, helpful with any questions/concerns, punctual, and very professional. He's detail oriented and does a great, thorough job. He kept us updated on the door building/staining process and left the work area clean. Overall, it was very easy for us and he took care of everything. I don't think it's the cheapest co. but the price is very fair and the workmanship is very, very good so it's definitely worth it. Caleb takes pride in his work and is very focused on customer service. We will be using his services for any new door needs in the future.

There were several schedule and weather conflicts that we had to work around, but when the work was complete it was excellent, and we are very pleased. The door is perfectly aligned and opens, closes, and locks very smoothly. The finish looks great. While the door was being refinished, Legacy provided a solid temporary door at no extra charge. We did have a small issue in that the installation of the storm door was apparently not included in the original written estimate and I throught it had been. I should have checked this on the original estimate. Caleb was quite professional and cleaned up after the job was complete.

We had a fully positive experience with Caleb at Legacy Door Services. He was responsive and communicative, as well as prompt and reliable. After meeting him at the location and discussing the scope, we quickly received the bid via email. The bid included a couple of options that allowed for some flexibility in cost and quality. The door was not a standard size and its location offered some specific challenges. It was clear that Caleb was knowledgeable and experienced. The materials were excellent quality and the workmanship was top-notch.

Caleb Jackson was a true gentleman and demonstrated a high level of professional conduct. After I described the immediate need to replace a busted entry door, he promptly confessed that it would be at least 3 weeks before he would have the time to address my problem. He didn't just say bye. He promptly pulled out his contacts and provided a reference of another company Entry Door Co and provided me with a phone number. While Entry Door Co did an excellant timely and detailed job, I would certainly consider Legacy Door as a first call next time to repay his courtesy.

Our 8' oak door was very weathered. But Legacy door brought it back to better than new. Caleb showed up on-time and did an excellent job guiding us every step of the way (pick up of our old door, installation of a temporary door, returned our beautiful refinished door, and a wonderful installation). The finish is flawless and they did the extra steps (e.g. installation of a new door sweep) all along the way. It was a bit more expensive than other quotes, but they did a better job (I think it helped for them to take it back to their shop rather than try an in-place refinish...which is what other vendors wanted to do).

AWESOME!!! Caleb first came out in the middle of November to repair my back door weatherstripping. However, he let us know that the door was actually in total disrepair and that we 1. needed a new door and 2. a storm door would prevent this from happening again and could buy us some time before really replacing the back door. For all his time and advice, he charged us NOTHING. He doesn't sell storm doors, but did give us very competitive quotes on back doors. Then we had him come out to take our front door for refinishing. I cannot describe how beautiful and perfect our front door looks now! It is a gorgeous color and is perfect. The sides of the door are smoother now than the front used to be! I shopped around for refinishing and Caleb was about the same price, but the quality and professionalism is absolutely unmatched. I cannot describe how appreciative my husband & I are for the care and concern he took with our door - he even replaced the weatherstripping around our door frame for no charge!!! You don't find great people like Caleb and Legacy Doors anymore. Absolutely wonderful!

I used Legacy about a year ago to install a new front door and a door that leads to the garage. I was very happy with the whole experience so I called again to have our patio door replaced. Caleb scheduled a time to come out and take measurements. He ordered a door for us that met our requirements and gave us a price. We give him a deposit of $600...a week later we scheduled the installation and we now have a great new patio door. No drama, just a pleasant transaction.

Caleb arrived exactly on time and WAS able to turn the deadbolt although with some difficulty. He said that it was probably due to foundation shifts but moved the strike plate to accomodate for the movement until I was able to get a foundation person in to inspect the situation. He didn't charge me anything saying that his work was so minor. I couldn't believe it! He also reccomended that I do nothing about the inner-door until the foundation person completed his assesment. He added that he would hate to shave the door only for me to find a big gap later if foundation work was done. What a pleasant and professional person he was. I would absolutely call him for any door work in the future.

We initially contacted Caleb because we wanted to replace the vinyl trim on the back door without having to replace the entire thing. He was very responsive to emails and easy to communicate with. He told us he would be able to pull replacement trim off another door he had around and replace it, plus fix our other door, for $100 total. The day before he came out, we again communicated with him via email to ensure that our mini blind would re-affix to the new frame that he was installing. Again very responsive. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Halfway through the job he realized he had pulled the trim off the wrong door and that the size he brought was incorrect. He apologized and immediately went to the closest door supply company and bought a new door/frame at his own cost. It was an upgraded frame from what we initially agreed. He returned and installed it at no additional cost. The way he handled the mistake was extremely professional.

Caleb's work was first-rate in every respect. Caleb was able to provide a quote from a picture via email and we were able to schedule a measurement period and work period very easily.

We checked first with Home Depot and were told that we would need to buy smalller doors and add a wide wood insert to fill the gap -- this did not sound attractive. We were told it would be "very expensive" to have doors cut to fit our space. We then checked Angie's List for a specialist and found Legacy Door Service. Caleb did a beautiful job - the doors look fantastic! He took great care to ensure everything was exact from start to finish and the result reflects his skill and attention to detail.

Mr. Jackson and his helper arrived on time and worked without interruption until job was finished. Doors were taken off their hinges for installation of rubber door bottoms. Both doors are now nicely tightened. The workplace both outside and inside was cleaned leaving the place as spotless as before the job was started. We are extremely happy with the result.

We notice when we open and close this door that it is tight. There is no leakage anymore. We've talked to contractors before who've told us there is nothing to be done. In fact, Caleb said this is the first attic door he's ever insulated! But, it turned out well and we consider him a genius. He came a week prior to service and gave us an estimate. He was upfront that he'd never attempted this project before, but told us if it didn't work, there would be no charge! He was on time. He called prior to coming and said his son had a fever and would it be a problem for him to pick up his child at daycare before coming, and be over at 1:00. We said that worked beautifully for us. He was there at one and worked non-stop until the job was done. The total cost for the labor was $525.00 and comes with a 30 day warranty. We are having him back after Christmas to work on another project.

CALEB JACKSON TOLD MY HUSBAND HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE TO TAKE OUR DOOR DOWN, AND REPLACE THE WEATHER STRIPPING AT 9:30 ON MONDAY MORNING. HE EVEN QUOTED A PRICE. IT IS NOW TUESDAY MORNING, AND WE HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD FROM MR. JACKSON. MY HUSBAND LEFT A MESSAGE AT HIS BUSINESS ASKING IF HE WAS RUNNING LATE, NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL, NOTHING.

WE HAVE A DOUBLE SET OF FRENCH DOORS THAT WE HAD RECENTLY HAD THE DOOR FRAME REBUILT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE WORKER WE HIRED TO DO THIS DID NOT DO A QUALITY JOB AND THE DOORS LEAKED. CALIB JACKSON, THE OWNER OF LEGACY DOOR SERVICES, CAME OUT AND ASSESSED THE DOORS. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PREVIOUS WORKMAN HAD INSTALLED THE THRESHOLD BACKWARDS AND HAD NOT DONE A GOOD JOB OF SEALING AROUND THE DOORS. CALIB RECOMMENDED A DIFFERENT THRESHOLD THAT IS HIGHER, AND HE GUARANTEED IT WOULD NOT LEAK. THIS TYPE OF THRESHOLD REQUIRED ABOUT AN INCH TO BE TRIMMED FROM THE BOTTOMS OF THE METAL DOORS. THAT MADE US A BIT NERVOUS, BUT CALIB ASSURED US HE USES A BLADE THAT WOULD MAKE A CLEAN CUT AND THE DOORS WOULD NOT BE DAMAGED. HE WAS RIGHT. THE DOORS LOOK GREAT, THE NEW THRESHOLD IS MUCH STURDIER AND THE DOORS DO NOT LEAK AT ALL. CALIB IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE WORK AREA. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIB AND HIS COMPANY FOR ANY AND ALL DOOR WORK.
