Description of Work: Excellent Work! Caleb is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and goes out of his way to ensure the job is done right. I purchased the door locally and called Legacy for a quote and installation. Not only does the new door look great, but I take comfort in knowing that it was installed perfectly.

Description of Work: The doors were purchased from Lowes but this company installed them. The installer was excellent. Did an especially good job of narrating his service- telling us what he was going to do and why and how long it would take him to get it done. He was friendly, not creepy, and we are exceptionally well satisfied with the job that he did. Doors are top of the line shatter resistant glass "storm" doors and they look beautiful are solid as a brick wall and function perfectly.

Description of Work: Came out for estimate and, never showed up or returned calls afterwards.

Description of Work: I contacted Legacy Door to repair/replace my pool bath door. Caleb was punctual and gave me an estimate. When I called him about 1 month later to do the work. He never called me back. I emailed him once or twice and called him again. When he finally got back to me he basically said he was not available to do the work.

Description of Work: Legacy Door Services has performed multiple "door" jobs on our house, including replacing an exterior door, refinishing front door, and adjusting interior doors. Caleb is excellent and always delivers a very good result.

Description of Work: A very nice guy but he told me that he presently is not doing doors as he is managing a family member's estate.

Description of Work: Contacted company two weeks ago via email & didn't receive a response. I followed up with a phone call last week & left a voicemail & didn't receive a response. It's been a total of 2 weeks without response, therefore I've taken my business elsewhere. It always surprises, me in this economy, when contractors either are non-responsive or flake out. A simple return phone call to say, "I'm very busy & will need to get you on my schedule" or "I'm not interested" or whatever the reason, just a response would have been a common courtesy or the professional/responsible thing to do.

Description of Work: Installed an additional deadbolt lock

Description of Work: I called Clay to see if he could repair the Glass in my pateio door window, he said he would be happy to but could not come out until Thursday. He then explained to me that it would be very easy to replace myself if I could unscrew a frame. He gave me his contact information of where I can purchase the glass and how to replace it myself. He was very helpful and very nice on the phone. I appreciate his information and will use him again if need be in the future. Thanks Nino

Description of Work: Needed our front door repaired. It had been weathered and didn't shut properly anymore. Caleb came out gave us a reasonable estimate. He showed up trimed the door and reinstalled weatherstripping around the door. All in all a great job!

Description of Work: None. The price was too high and he was not able to provide alternatives within my budget.
