The project was to big for provider

Mr. Gunderson was very meticulous in planning this project and installing the ramp so that my wife and her walker can readily approach the doorway from any angle. He selected and installed a new threshold with a much lower height to help minimize the angle of rise necessary for the ramp, about 4". His sons did the concrete work necessary on each side of the ramp to provide a smooth gradual incline. Their work was top-notch! I had thought of doing this project myself and saving the money. Having observed the attention to detail they gave and the quality of their work, I am very glad I didn't try to do this on my own. The price quoted was for labor, not materials. I ordered the ramp online and reimbursed him for his material purchases.

Everything went very well with the work I had Father & Sons Construction do for me. They did everything they were supposed to do for me in one day even though the sink and garbage disposal install called for several modifications. I was kept informed of their progress and I was asked my opinion along the way. They were very professional and polite the entire time. This was and is very comforting after some of my experiences with handymen. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

Mr. Mark Gunderson and his sons arrived on time each morning and spent approximately 3 and 1/2 days on the project. The project was twofold and consisted of 1) The replacement of rotted exterior siding on several sides of the house and pump house with Hardie Board and in a couple of instances removal and replacement of a portion of the fiberboard underneath. 2) Removal of the sandstone overlay and mortar from the breezeway. This required use of a jack hammer for approximately a day and a half in temperatures typical for July in Texas. The quality of the work was outstanding and their demeanor professional. When questions were posed, their answers were clear and left nothing to be assumed. I will call Mark for projects of this nature in the future.

Mark and sons were great. I so appreciate Mark working around my schedule. He came prepared when providing the estimate. Took notes on specific requirements. He planned ahead. He made a list of the supplies I needed so I could collect around the house or buy before he arrived. Mark and his sons are very professional and personable. The work performed is also professional.

good job and they were on time. didn't waste any time performing the tasks. they had a good work ethic and finished and cleaned up after the work was complete

He was here within 2 hours of calling him. He took care of the job and did beautiful work. He was a very nice man. He went to lunch and stopped by Lowe's and mentioned they had shower heads, which I was in need of. He found one on sale and got it for me. He was very efficient. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him. I was also impressed about how personable and courteous he was.

They arrived at 8:30 and got right to work. Mark said they were moving along so well, they would be able to finish the job today.

They did a great job. They went on to other projects and could not do the mowing and other things at the same time. So they had to drop some of their customers and I had to get someone else. Then the other work dropped down and they were available again but I had already gotten someone else to mow. I did have them back to trim the shrubs and flower bushes, but haven't called them recently. I did use them in the past to replace an outside garage door and frame. Their prices are fair and I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Mark was great! He showed up on time. The work and communication was good. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

They were on time, in and out quickly. I have to be here to let them in and out because we have locked gates on our lot. They were here early and were done and gone in less than an hour and we have a 1 acre lot. They are really nice and I will not hesitate to use them again. They are excellent.

As a single women, I have found them to be a Godsend. I find them to be trustworthy, dependable and they demonstrate the utmost integrity. I have several additional projects planned over the next year, and I intend to continue to use them as I know I will receive quality work from a company that I can trust to get the job right and just the way I want it.

I was very satisfied. They were neat and cleaned up everyday after they were done working. The quality of work was good too.
