They were supposed to be there on a Friday but no show and no call. The service man came out the following week and determined that there were three parts that needed to be replaced. Supposedly the parts were ordered but we haven't seen them. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages but no one ever returns my calls. It is going on 4 months and no results. No way would I recommend this company to anyone.

Technician got there. I told them in advance what the problem was. Water leaking out of washer after a load of clothes ran. Tech just opened the top of the washer, shined a light at the bottom from the top but never lifted the machine up to actually check where the leak was coming from. Did a cursary check of the hoses at the top. Ran a cycle ONCE (he told his bosses he cycled the machine twice but he DIDN'T. I learned this when his boss called me up after multiple calls that were not returned to literally yell at me). Tech left before the washer had run a complete cycle. He "determined" (guessed) that water had frozen in the drain and caused draining water from the washer to back up. After tech left, the cycle ended and water was still coming out from under the washer. I texted the tech and he responded, saying he had to check with his bosses on what to do. After that, no more responses to calls and texts. I have had to get another company to come out and get it working. The only call I got returned was when I asked the tech for my $85 service charge back and this jerk (his boss I guess) calls me and starts yelling at me. After a couple of seconds of that kind of unprofessional behavior I hung up. Who needs that nonsense. So-buyer beware.

Crown Mechanical Services is amazing. I can't say enough good things about Nick Baker and his company but I will try. I am the Secretary and volunteer for the Forney Food Pantry. We work out of a metal building/warehouse, where we sort, store, and hand out food to the needy in our community. This facility had no air conditioning or heat. During the hot summer and the cold winters, the working conditions were miserable for our volunteers. When Nick Baker found out about our plight, he approached his equipment suppliers and most of the cost of the equipment donated. He then donated the rest and all the labor to install everything for us. How wonderful is that!!?? This was over 2 years ago and he still comes by to check on things for us, provides service calls at no charge, and supports us in our mission to serve our community. The system works like a charm and keeps us comfortable. We can't afford to be Angie's List members as a non-profit organization but I hope this review is available for everyone to see. Know you are good hands with Nick Baker and Crown Mechanical. You won't find a better person or company.

Our air conditioning stopped working. The first local company we called said we needed a new system and gave us a quote. We have several friends that have used Crown Mechanical Services and wanted a second opinion. They were able to fix or system so we could take our time making a decision about replacing the units. We decided to have a new unit installed because our unit was old and not efficient. The other quotes we got were much more than Crown Services. The install guys were great. They placed mats and blankets any were they worked in our home. During the installation the crew noticed several things that were not correct from the original installation and they fixed these issues for FREE. After our system was installed a running for a few days, the owner came out to inspect the installation and check the freon to make sure everything was correct. Of course, it was perfect. The owner went over all the components of our system to make sure we had all our questions answered. We have noticed a nice decrease in our electric bill just like they told us we would. We are very happy!!
