Mike did a thorough inspection of my pool to insure the problem with my Polaris wasn't caused by pool malfunction. He then took apart the Polaris and concluded that it probably required a part replacement which was under warranty with the manufacturer. Above & beyond expectations he brought the Polaris back to the retailer and explained his findings! Mike is GREAT!
