+ -1 moreFrom start to finish it was a very professional job and the outcome was exactly like I expected. The contractor will work weekends to finish the job and it leaves the weekdays to enjoy the finished product. The contractor's work can be seen on facebook.com/daritraisham.
Description of Work: Pulled up the carpet in a guest bedroom and had the contractors come in afterwards. The bedroom is 10x14 so they commenced to scouring the floor with cleaners and an etching product so the concrete would take the stain. before staining however the concrete was etched with a checkerboard pattern that the contractor offered. The contractor offfered a myriad of options however but the checkerboard seem to suit the room. The contractor etched the prescribed pattern into the floor and performed the commensurate cleanup and applied a finish to stain the floor and put 4 coats of "wet look sealer on it" The floor turned out greater then I could have imagined Do the prepwork as a homeowner in terms of pulling the carpet and carpet tack. The concrete contractors will do the rest. There is a minimum price of $995 per job but doing this even in a room this small saves a few bucks.
