All About Floors

Just completed a complete remodel of my master bedroom, bath and closet, plus added hardwood floors to two other bedrooms, and it was the BEST experience, primarily due to the care and concern of Patty McClain, the owner! She had incredible ideas, flawless taste, and hands down the BEST crew ever. I can't even count how many times she personally came over to the jobsite to check progress, help make decisions, and keep the work rolling. She even came over one evening and helped me pack up everything so that we could get to work on the GORGEOUS wood floors! Every contractor and craftsman was meticulous, neat, polite, and VERY picky about their quality of work. They were respectful or our property, our time, and our home. And of course Patty kept it all rolling! My new bathroom especially is breathtaking and FABULOUS! I'm sure we added significant value to our home. I'd work with Patty again in a heartbeat.

All About Floors installed new flooring in the majority of my home when I purchased it less than a year ago. I was advised that the carpet would be appropriate with pets, but its condition is so poor that it can no longer be vacuumed due to the strings that have pulled out. Nine months later, my carpet needs replacing. All About Floors refused to replace the carpet or help me in any way. I am now faced with the cost of replacing of over 1000 feet of carpet, ten months after installation. If you go to All About Floors, don't expect them to take any responsibility for the work once it's done.

We were happy with their service. We had one spot where a seam was coming apart, but they came back out and fixed it for us with no questions asked. We were glad that they stood behind their work, so we were quite happy.
