Donnie was very prompt and professional.... He did a very thorough job on our 3 units and located the problem we were having with one of them.

He stopped by and cleaned the coils and added refrigerant to the system for my upstairs unit and tightened up some connections and he said that will fix the problem. It didn't fix it so I called him and he came back out and added more refrigerant and tightened some more connections and then said it was fixed. My AC still can't keep up and it is 5 plus degrees warmer than it is set while my other unit has no problem keeping up. I reached out and texted him again a couple weeks ago and never heard back from him. I would avoid using him as there are plenty of other companies to choose from.

Never contacted me. I contacted them, phone was answered with hello, not company name. Person sounded like they just woke up at 930am. Made appointment for a week later, never showed, never called. I called them again, phone answered the same way, when I asked for person listed as owner, I was hung up on. Called back, got voice mail, left message, never called back. Requested refund from AL that evening and received within a couple days. Thanks AL, the only thing that went right.

Service Experience Excellent! He was Very courteous, professional and performed services in a quick and timely manner. Offered advice on ways to keep condensate line from clogging and general external unit upkeep. A true professional that I plan to use again.

not sure inspection was very thorough. Asked for price to replace duct run and he tech said they would get back to me with quote. Never heard back from anyone.

Doctor inspected our system and took excess water from pan in the attic. Our AC unit needed Freon injection to be able to cool the air. Not only our system was rescued but we also had very fun time with doctor. Highly recommend to anyone if your system has any symptoms...

Not well! Paid the money, set 3 potential appointments, called left message and never got a response from the company. Ended up getting refund from Angies List.

Great! The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He took a picture of the frozen coil so that I could see the problem, explained what needed to be done and the charges involved before completing the job. He also wore booties in the house so there was no dirt tracked in on the carpet. (It had just rained)

It was very good he didn't try to sell us something we don't need.

A/C system had no issues, just a routine inspection. Service man arrived earlier than expected. No written report was provided, but I didn't ask for one.
