Homeowner Warranty Repair through Choice Warranty. Opened a claim on 8/10 and as of 9/13 washer has not been repaired. Opened it to take the part out and will not answer the phone to schedule to repair. Poor service and customer service. I would not recommend them to an enemy, should be removed from the list at this point.

Took the warranty approved part and went away. Did not fix the part and not attending calls. Would not recommend this company.

I put a claim in through choice warranty on August 12 and now its August 28 and its still not fixed. I can't get no one on the phone and they only communicate through text. It has been 3 weeks and my dryer is not fixed and I have still not talked to anyone on the phone.

Honestly, I was ready to replace microwave over that was not turning on. The technician who showed up on time and was very professional, took the microwave oven out, repaired i and putting it back in a very reasonable time. Most likelt I will call them again if I need repair on my appliances. Thaks a bunch

They were great. Got my freezer I Frigidaire up and running again.

Ruben showed up quickly and before scheduled time. Installed Over the Range microwave by himself with minimal help from husband! He knew what to do and proceeded quickly. Microwave installed and we are impressed! Thanks for such a quick response!

Professional, punctual, accurate and effective repair!

It’s what you’d expect, you call, tell them your problem, they come, get it fixed. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy all over the phone with a real person. The only issue I had was the tech missed the first appointment window we had scheduled and he didn’t call me, I had to call. But then we rescheduled and they showed up on time like promised. Tech was in and out so no complaints there. Overall efficient, friendly, and clean work. Maybe the non-reliability was just in my case. Still recommend.

Overall I'm very happy with the service. He was able to correctly diagnose the issue, order the right part, and install it all at times that were convenient for us. He was knowledgeable and responsive. I'm so happy that my stove works correctly again.
