Called him out to install an ev charger and after further inspection of my electrical panel he showed me exactly where my problem was within the panel. We had Tier One Electric install our Tesla home EV charger and did a terrific job. Our installer was professional, knowledgeable, timely and very well priced. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge of home charging and general electrical code requirements. He even went above and beyond and investigated some other minor electrical issues we were encountering and provided recommendations on next steps. He will continue to be our go to electrical expert and would highly recommend his his services to anyone.

Tier One Electric did an excellent job installing my new EV charger! While the technician was at my home, he shared insight that my electrical panel could use surge protection due to new code updates and for protection of my new vehicle/home. I was very pleased with how quickly the company responded to my inquiry and also how quickly the technician came to my home to get the EV charger installed. The pricing was very fair and affordable, everyone from the company that I spoke with was super helpful and kind, and overall It was the very best electrical service company I have used. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using Tier One Electric for all my future electrical needs!!
