Not service was conducted
Description of Work: I requested for an estimate on 10/22. Mr. Blair Littlefield was proactive to travel to the home and walk around to try to prepare an estimate before the onsite estimate was scheduled. I applaud that proactiveness. We exchanged emails back and forth with questions up to 10/26. On 11/01 I requested to employ the services, with a reminder email on 11/03 and 11/06. On 11/10 I sent email that I was disappointed that no one returned my request to start the service. It was like I fell into a black hole.

I sincerely apologize for this. Your emails were never received due to issues with my internet service provider. On almost a daily basis for the last 6 months we will lose our internet connection several times a day resulting in our printer needing to be restarted and very intermittent emails. After 5 complaints and speaking with the customer support people on the phone they finally sent a tech out on 11-13 who replaced my entire modem system. Problem fixed finally. Again, so sorry to leave you hanging, I don't do business like that

Probably my fault for not visiting the home. Customer purchased a 27 window package when in fact the home had 33 windows. If a customer is within a few windows we don't haggle on price however when there is a discrepancy such as this we bring this to the customers attention which she authorized. I was unaware there were other workers at the home so not sure what happened there. I wish she had contacted me with her concerns as customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Cleaned all of the windows of this two story house. The number of window exceeded the package deal and I was okay with that. In addition to cleaning windows, they power washed the pool & patio areas and door entries. Some of the gutters were clogged and they cleaned all the gutters. They were very professional and did a great job. Will most likely use them again.

Description of Work: Window Genie did an outstanding job of cleaning all windows in the home. We live in a new construction neighborhood, and the windows were very dirty from dust in the air. The windows look better than ever before. The job was completed a short amount of time, and they were able to brush the screens clean at no additional charge.

I called Blair for the first time with a short notice request to do our windows. We moved in about 1 year ago and windows had not been done in some time. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our need to get it done the same week. The crew is his own and had worked for the company for many years. they were polite, punctual, knowledgeable and cleaned up after very well.

Also they gave us a sample spray of the product they use to clean the windows, and it is amazing how shiny and clean our windows get after using it. Also, very affordable price.

Window Genie was outstanding! The quality of their equipment and staff was excellent. We have a 4200 sq ft house, so this was a big job! We thought the pricing was very fair especially after our multi-service discount. Great! Two professional looking young men showed up on time and took great pride in their work. They worked their tales off and paid attention to detail while doing the cleaning. Some of the windows and the ceiling fan were 21ft high, so the job was challenging, but they were up to the task. Once they were done, the windows sparkled! It has rained since they came and the rains just glide off the newly cleaned windows and there hasn't been spotting. I highly recommend this service.

The windows were cleaned very well. I had a green slime on my Austin stone and they power washed it right off. The back of my house receives the afternoon sun. They tinted those windows and it is amazing how much cooler it is in my back rooms. The gutters are all cleaned out and look great! They were very professional and were great to work with. I would definitely use them again!
