Everything went well. I had no problems. This company repairs items that I did not know about. This company took care of my home, just like it were their home. Workers were on time and did quality work. My home looks great! So pleased with this company, I will have them do work inside on two fireplaces.

Right Choice did a terrific job. They were very professional, the work was done well and the project manager was on site often and answered any questions we had. They were not the least expensive option, but the price was fair and the quality was excellent.

When we bought our house, our first call was to Jeff at Right Choice. In all projects, he and his team have guided us through design choices. Right Choice was one of the contractors that I didn't have to worry would show up on time and complete on schedule. His paint crew is fast, clean, and impeccable. We have used Right Choice in the past for master bath remodeling, and the results were spectacular.

There was some miscommunication and the wrong wood was installed on the chimney and it had to be removed and replaced, but it was done correctly in the end. However, about a year later we discovered a rotted board and a hole on the exterior board. We felt that they should have caught that rotted wood when they did the painting, and they just said that it was caused by squirrels. I asked them to come out and give them an estimate as to what they would charge to fix it and they never got back with me. Overall, they did a good job, but their response to a follow-up problem was less than desirable.

Good final product, it took a little bit more input than I would have thought to get there.

It went well so we are about to use them for a second time for additional remodeling work. They did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job overall. There was a little miscommunication and little bumps in the road about consistency but all in all we felt like it went really well compared to other work we've had done in the past. We felt they were a quality service for the price. They were good, but not perfect. We got other quotes and they had a good price. We did that again the second time and we felt they had a reasonable price for the product.

Great company to work with. Excellent job in exterior repair and painting. I would have liked more communication before the job as to what to expect before and during the day of service, but everything worked. Kyle, the project manager, was great!

They helped us choose a different paint color and it is beautiful. They did a superb job and are located in our neighborhood, which is an added plus. We have already recommended many times and would re-hire again without hesitation.

The guys did an excellent job, very nice workers. Did take a few days longer than promised but was a very demanding date of finish and everything worked out well. Very professional and great prices. I wasn't able to do the walk through with them so my wife did and signed off not knowing there were some minor things unfinished that were discussed to get done. I didn't ask them to come back because it wasn't anything major. Only complaint I have was the quality of paint. We were told it was commercial grade and great quality but it has seemed far from it. A simple touch of it seems to show very easily. But, besides that, awesome crew and awesome job. Will be using them again for the next project.

Their prices were fair and they were very neat; they took good care of my furniture. The owner came to give me the bid and he is very knowledgeable on Sherwin-Williams paint; the quality and colors. He changed my mind on a color I was going with and I think he was right. Additionally, he allowed me to come to his own house and see some of the same things I was expecting to do; they actually were working on his house. Overall, I was very happy; they were good. I compared the prices of three people and I was pleased with their price.

The owner, Jeff, visited us promptly, gave a reasonable dollar estimate and days of completion (dependent on the weather for the exterior stuff). He took photos of the damaged areas so his crew already knew what the work entailed. For the fence color he recommended, we went to a neighbor's fence which he painted recently. I liked the color & quality of the product (Kelley-Moore Paint) A couple of days later, the Operations Mgr., Kyle Maderos, called to say they would be here the next morning. Kyle visually inspected the damage & ordered the supplies they would need. The crew began inside by completely taping down plastic sheets in the entryway, hall, master bedroom, master bath, kitchen, kitchen nook, den & solarium. Most of the interior of my house was covered with plastic sheets to protect my carpets, furniture, & our electronic stuff. I was truly amazed!! Luis, the Supervisor, worked quickly to repair, tape & bed, re-texture the walls & paint. He repaired a small area in the Guest Bath at no-charge. He also enameled 3 can lights in the master bath for free. The paint color matched well. Outside, they power washed the fence, & a young man (whose name I cannot remember) covered every metal post & bracket with protective tape. Luis, even covered my veggie garden with plastic to keep fence stain out of my soil. They quickly removed the patio wood and replaced the patio soffit, fascia, sub-fascia & furring strips. I didn't know what those things were called before, but now the area looked good. The paint matched & patio light was replaced. Our old Verizon cable lines were stapled back up & painted to blend in. By the end of the 3rd day, Luis said the job was completed. We did a walk-thru & he fixed some minor stuff. Since the paint they used was a special match, Luis left them for us for any future touch-ups. All of the tape, plastic sheets, old wood , the equipment, tools - everything was cleaned up! The quality of Right Choice's work was impressive. I really hope we don't have another hail storm ever again.. We've replaced too many roofs and skylights on this house. But if we ever do need roof replacement, Jeff would be the first person I would call.

From start to finish everything went beautifully. Jeff and his entire Right Choice team were wonderful to work with. We updated our kitchen with new recessed lighting, painted the outdated oak cabinets and painted the kitchen, powder room, dining room and entry hall. Although I consider the work I had done a small job we were treated as if we were doing a $100,000 remodel. I will not hesitate to use Right Choice again, in fact I probably won't even bother with other quotes.

I called 2 companies on Angie's List. The other company was more prompt with the quote and follow up from them was quicker, however, their price was $1000 higher than Right Choice. Right Choice didn't provide the quote on the day the said they would, but after a phone call I got my quote. It was $1000 less their competitor. Right Choice has a good reputation in the town where I live and I decided to go with them. I called Derek and he brought the contract over and I paid the deposit. At the time this occured (before the July 4th holiday) Derek was unable to give me an exact date of when the painting would occur. When I called him the following week, he gave me a date. The workers showed up promptly at 8:00 am. All 6 guys got to work and they were done by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the front door paint blistered in the sun. Also they came up with a great solution to keep my air conditioning drip vent from spoiling the paint they did around a window, they used some my swimming pool hose to make a drain to keep the dripping water from ruining the new paint. However, when they left for the day, they forgot to remove the swimming pool hose and my pool equipment was stuck on the 2nd story of my house. I called Scott, the project manager, and he told me he would have guys out the next morning to address both issues. The next day guys were out by 9 and the front door was repainted and the pool hose was back on the ground. Some of the patio furniture was moved and not put back in its original position, but that can be taken care of by my family. The house looks good and the front door looks so much better than it did. The process with Right Choice was not flawless, but I would use them again in the future.

The rep came out at the assigned time, looked and acted very professional, and discussed what we needed. He then spent time on his own and checked out what he thought that our house needed to do a good paint job. He left and sent us an email with the very specific estimate--laying out exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. It was a reasonable estimate and we wanted to use them. However, we had to wait to do the painting for window replacement (storm damage). By the time we were able to get the windows replaced, the temperature had gotten too hot for painting. We would like to use Right Choice in the fall when the temperature is in the correct range.

Great painters--professional. House looks great! A bit high but worth it! Occasionally had to re-call and f/u when we needed to re-schedule or have some further work done per the inspector for our home (it is on the market). But all resolved to very good satisfaction! As good service, also, they have a painter assigned to follow-up the day after all work was done to be sure all completed correctly--he was very nice and completed work Iasked.

I was pleased that I selected Right Choice. They finished the work and did additional work in a timely manner, and were responsive and available to discuss anything I needed to. Jeff came to my house for an estimate. He gave me an honest estimate with some suggestions to make my project work. He did not try to sell me and I could tell right away that he was a forthright and experienced contractor. I contacted them to let them know that I selected them, and they responded immediately by scheduling the work, and getting it prepared. Jeff, the owner, came out to start and kick off both of my projects and make sure his crews were clear on the instructions. He also periodically checked in with me, and his project manager was at my house several times a day. Jeff and his company were honest and did excellent work at a fair price. It was not like some of the horror stories you hear from contractors. I feel fortunate to have discovered Right Choice, and they will be doing additional work for me in the coming months. I would only hire this company if you want quality work, done with excellent and honest customer service for a good price. If thats not what you are looking for, hire a fly by night contractor that will make your experience miserable and expensive.

Great company. Got 3 estimates. Right Choice was lowest by far. They came recommended from a friend. Showed up when they said they would. Finished on time (2 days). Did an excellent job.

I meet the owner here personally, and I was very impressed with the way they conducted their business.
