Prime AC and Heat, LLC

I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies.

Our 15 year old air conditioning system gave out and so we began to gather quotes. We requested several quotes from home advisor. Prime ac was the only company that showed up on time, performed a full evaluation and had the quotes ready same day. Install was done the next day and everything went great. Excellent service, honest and upfront and just fixed what was needed and not trying to push any unnecessary repairs. Documentation of every aspect of heating and cooling system in the house and AC unit outside. I will only use this service in the future.

No reason to ever call another company! Prime AC and Heat is the company that takes customer service to another level. They treated my wife and i as if we were there number one priority. They had our new Lennox system installed the next day and the whole process could not have been any more easier. From start to finish they did everything we wanted and more. Found this company and we are very happy that we used them. They seem to love what they do and it shows! The tech was able to set up our install for the next day! We have fairly light carpets and the install crew made sure to have booties on and cleaned up the entire area once install was complete. Great team of guys! We have already recommended them to family and our neighbors!

Awesome company! Came out and found the problem right away. Fixed our furnace and restored some much needed warmth to our home. We appreciate that they waived the service fee. If your looking for a honest and reliable company look no further. I will be recommend to anyone in need.

Initially we were skeptical because a previous dissapointing experience that we had with another air contioning and heating company that were very pushy on trying to sell us a system. Prime AC and Heat sold us without feeling pressured and even offered us financing! They were able to beat the previous quote that was given to us and did an amazing job. We are glad that we got this company to give us a second opinion it definitely paid off!

Super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Furnace broke on us sunday late evening and they had someone out here 2 hours later! Tech looked over the furnace and immediately knew what was happening. Did not try to sell us a new one, just fixed it and told us that it was still in good condition just needed a little bit off TLC. Happy with service and will diffidently use again!

Our unit finally gave out so we called Prime. They were recommended by one of our neighbors so we gave them a chance. We could not be more happy. They came out the same day as a free estimate and Jorge spent a couple of hours inspecting the entire system and answering all of our questions. One of the most professional and down to earth companies we have ever dealt with. We decided to go ahead and purchase the Lennox 25 SEER unit. The next day the install crew Mike & Frank showed up early and began work. Very impressed with how they represented their company and kept my husband and i very involved.They laid out cloths on the floor and made every effort to take care of our home during whole process. They busted there behind all day, and after they were finished, they cleaned after themselves and left our home as if nothing ever happened. Two days later we received a call from the owner Edith, she followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and remind us that we would be taken care of any time we should need them again. From start to finish this company went above and beyond our expectations. We will be recommending prime ac to all our friends and family.
