First let me tell you about the spa! I own a Marquis Spa purchased my first in 2001 perfect loved it but wanted to upgrade. I then got the top of the line in 2005 the Marquis Epic they are the top of the line Spa manufacturer corporate customer service is excellent and would never buy another brand. If you don't believe me do your research. Now, I noticed that the two seals connected to my heater was leaking and that was all that was needed to be replace in the 10 years of ownership nothing else and it continued to work as performed BUT even thought the present heater worked fine I wanted to be proactive and since he was changing out the seals I wanted to have them install a new heater. . Now as for the service tech Justin. He made a call to let me know he was on his way, he arrived earlier than expected and had many years of experience working with Spa's. Overall inspection was done, work completed quickly and efficiently and answered every question I had and spent the time waiting for the spa to fill even on this coldest day (34) of the year without a complaint and check every valve and made sure it was perfect when he left. Garrett who is in sales made sure that my needs where met and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend them for Spa Sales and service. Plus they only carry the best brands of Spa's. When we were looking for a hot tub / spa, Pool Xpressions was recommended to us. After visiting with Garrett (Store Manager) we were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help us find the right spa for us - he even invited us to come back after hours to actually "try out" one of the filled units. His suggestions made for the perfect choice. The installation by his team was flawless and the training on the low maintanence was terrific. Since installation last November, we have continued to use the store for our supplies. His inventory is great and has never been out of what we went in for. Garrett is usually there and has helpfut hints or suggestions along with the friendly conversation. They have consistently followed through on product and delivery when they committed to do so. I highly recommend this store and products.

I am thrilled to finally find a reliable and reasonable spa service company. Justin (the tech) and Garrett (manager) are excellent with follow-up and super friendly. The prices are excellent and they do not try to sell you something you do not need. I highly recommend this company and I am happy to continue to work with them and refer them to my friends and clients!
