Excellent. Brian does an exceptional job and always has. I've used him for six years on numerous projects and will continue too.

The roofing job was a joke. It was completed by 2 college kids who had NEVER shingled a roof before. The contractor would not make good on his job so we went to small claims court and I sued for $3400.00. I won my suit but Mr. Airis is delinquent and in contempt of court for NOT paying what the court has awarded me. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!

Mr. Airis never did any of the work himself. A carpenter did the actual construction. Very good work. My issue was with the roof and the installation of the cedar shingles He had 2 college kids doing the work and they had obviously never done this before. Very poor work. Gaps and spaces, shingles shoved in to minimize the spaces, ridge shingles not used, shingles falling off, etc. He also installed a ceiling fan that came crashing down to the ground 6 months after installation. Unfortunately, I went ahead and paid the bill upon completion. Mr. Airis and I went to small claims court when we could not come to a resolution. The judge took one look at the pictures I provided and awarded me $3000.00 plus court costs. Mr. Airis has NOT paid what the court has awarded me and now has liens placed on all of his property as a result.

They never bothered to call back or respond to my 2 Angie's List e-mails.

Mr. Flores was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all work performed. We will definitely use his services in the future.

Slow. Very nice owner. I am not happy with final outcome. He consulted with me on most of the details, but not on how shower door in set and not look of door. It drags across floor and leaves water all over floor when you get out. It does not allow space for a rug.

Great experience. Arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Everything was done to our expectations.

Two months latter the paint on my front door is peeling and bubbling and the mortar around my outdoor kitchen is already creaking off. The sink leaked and had to call a plumber to fix. Just a real bad job. I feel like I completely wasted a 1100.00 dollars.

Brian's crew did a great job, very clean and neat.

The service went well. They said that the drywall work was not needed as the hole was too small in a bathroom from a towel rod. They just re-enforced the towel rod instead of doing drywall work. The service went really well. I was not at home during the work and so they came back to explain everything about the service and that was nice.

Bryan came out and gave me an estimate as planned. Said he and his crew would be out at a certain time and they were each day. I have had foundation problems for years that the foundation company can't seem to fix and each year I have to have some wall repair done. This year the foundation co put it under compression and it did even more damage to the wall; I had multiple cracks some were over an inch wide. They completely redid this wall, screwing the sheetrock to the studs, taped and bed, textured and then painted. There were cracks through out the house that they also repaired and painted. They cleaned up as they went and only missed a few places. They replace a threshold on my back door and adjusted the door. It works great and I didn't have to have the door and frame replace as I had been told by another contractor. Bryan and his crew were very organized, efficient, and did a great job. Unlike some contractors he did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. I plan to have him back this winter to do more handyman jobs.

The owner arrived with his crew at the time agreed upon, immediately put down protective tarps on the floor and carpet leading to the room to be worked on. Simultaneously had the crew work on the patio. They finished the work in a timely manner and all to our complete satisfaction. The owner was here all the time and did the bulk of the work on the room himself. The entire crew was friendly, courteous, professional, showed a high degree of expertise and pride in what they were doing. They were extremely clean, and left the work areas as clean as they were when they arrived. We were very impressed and will use them again. In fact we have asked them for a bid on painting the outside of our house.

As per his advertisement, he was on time, neat, and clean. His drywall repairs are invisible; we can't even see where the repairs are! Excellent job from a conscientous and skilled handyman.

Used Brian to install a combo replacement wall oven/microwave. He had to enlarge the old wall oprening and build a footing for the new unit.
