Excellent!!

They inspected 3 properties, including the foundation, water heaters, plumbing, etc. They were reasonably priced and did a very good job. They were punctual for the job and very accommodating. The reports were done well and I will use their services in future.

Sean worked well with our schedule, which changed quite a few times before the inspection date. He was always quick to answer the phone or return calls and also answered every email promptly. His inspection report far exceeded my expectations. Very detailed photos and analysis of the property was included in the inspection report, which was provided within 24 hours of the inspection. On-site, we conducted a walk through of the property, during which he took the extra time/effort to reexamine a few areas of the home. We can thank Angie's list for providing this contact to us, and we will not hesitate calling Sean again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sean Green and NPI for about a year and a half on numerous transactions. He is always on time, honest and thorough in his work. I would highly recommend his professional services to anyone who needs a quality home inspector. He takes the time during and after the inspection to answer questions or give further detailed information about a concern. His reports include pictures and I have on more than one occasion called for clarification on an inspection item and he was more than happy to take the time to explain the findings.

Sean did a great job, provided a very comprehensive report, complete with photographs illustrating every issue found. Although the report took longer than we expected to produce, it was well worth the 24 hour wait for it.

Sean arrived punctually, walked my clients through the home and explained the major points of concern. He was able to answer any questions we had to the best of his knowledge. After the inspection we received a very thorough report with clear pictures of the home and any issues associated with it.

We are very pleased with Sean and would refer him to anyone who is looking to purchase or just wants a thorough check up of a homes' condition. All of the inspectors our lenders referred were a joke (one was drunk when he called us). Those inspectors wanted to charge twice as much as Sean charges. Thank God for Angielist and the informative information it provides. We hired the best man for the job and couldn't be happier.

I contacted the company on Thursday, had my inspector (Sean) out on Friday. He was prompt, professional, and gave me frequent 'drive-by' reports of where he would be and what he was inspecting next. The end results were not what I wanted or expected (the house needs too much work on core systems) BUT I could easily have made a major mistake buying $30k in lurking money trap expenses. As I told Sean at the close of his verbal report 'Well I hope you have a frequent flyer discount because I expect to be calling you again soon'... and I am calling him on another home tomorrow or the next day (9/15)

Inspector Sean Green did a great job and followed up by asking if I had questions for him. He worked with my agent to explain what precesses should be requested to addressed by the owners of the house they offered to me for sale. I would use National Property Inspections Sean Green again and highly recommend him for house inspections.

My house was coming up for the 11 month walkthrough and I had National Property INspections do an inspection before the builder came for the 11 month walkthrough. Best money I every spent. They did an AWESOME job on the inspection and saved me a lot of money I would have spent in future. Their inspection was so thorough. They found a lot of small problems that could become big ones later. Some Examples are - skylight on the roof - Not enough fastners - Only 4 instead of recommended 12. ONe was almost coming off. IN all probablity this would not have been found in the 11 month walkthrough as I would not have climbed the roof. AFter the 1 year of the builder is over, if we had high windsand the skylight comes off, I would not have been covered. - Air conditioner not properly installed and pointed out by (NPI). Builder did not agree so I put them in contact with NPI who gave them all the documents from the manufacturer and proper way to install. Very Detailed report was provided by email which was sent to the builder who agreed to do all the items eventually. This report had over 25 items out of which atleast 15 would not have been detected if we had not done the inspection. Every inch of the house, attic, roof, lawn, backyard, sprinklers etc. was covered. Great Job!!!
