house cleaning
+ -1 moreBroken items. No adjustment/refund because the maids didn't call back in to their office to tell the manager they damaged anything. Most times maids are in your home cleaning when you are not there. Pretty awful policy that recovery for damages is only available if the person who damaged it reports in to the office.
