LANDMARK HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC

I still have a wall with dripping paint , new tiles in the bathroom but broken and a shower room without glass. Though they promised to fix it all that , was months ago. ,PS Mr. Derek Lofreen the owner of the LandMark home improvement LLC Have just visited me and it was a very proffessional and trustworth meeting . His complain that, he is not the owner of (The LandMark Construction company in Higland Village), Added more fears and worries. That means that even the name and the logo that (The LandMark Company ) they are using, it is not theirs. Mr. Derek is hopefully going to send us some documents and talk to his lawyers to take direct actions against such a Fraudlant behavior. My addvice to members on Angies list is, Caution in choices so we may figure out who is good guys and who need to be taugh to be good in the future. I haven't used mr. Derek Lofgreen Services YET, I am sure though, by his sadness to my suffering and pain , he would never treat a client with such carelessness and he values his reputation 100 times more than money.

We hired Derek to redo two full bathrooms and to update our kitchen with new counter tops and a large granite island and table. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Derek is meticulous in everything he does. That alone would be enough to get him 5 stars. However, in our case, we also needed someone to guide us through the entire design process and Derek did a fantastic job of doing just that. We started with very few specifics for what we wanted and Derek took it from there, coming up with layout, colors, materials, patterns, lights, etc. And he was also very respectful when we would say that we didn't like some aspect of his suggestions. He would just come up with other alternatives. I believe that he spent as many hours thinking about our project when he was away from our house as he did actually working in the house. And lastly, Derek is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet.

Excellent service. Submitted a bid in timely manner. Began and finished job on time. Kept a clean work area while working and cleaned up at the end of the day.
