Jayson picked up the laptop and was able to resolve the problem without reloading my PC. I liked that he has a max cost for addressing the issue so the expense doesn't get out of hand.

Jason came to my house on 2 consecutive days: one day to look at why my old computer was not sending a signal to the monitor (dead motherboard), the next day to set up a replacement computer we purchased plus an additional computer we got for our kids. He was punctual and even early the 2nd day. He had to go out and purchase a wireless card the 2nd day he was here and completed all set up in about 3 hours. The first time he came he was here only about 40 minutes but I still had to pay for a full hour. Total charge for both days was $390 but $50 of that was for a wireless card. I had to have some follow-up by phone because my email was not working right but he was able to fix it remotely with me by phone. He worked efficiently and got a lot accomplished in the 3 hours he was in my home. I will call on him again in the future.

Jayson came to the house to work on the pc and it was determined it was not a simple fix. Jayson took my pc with him to reload it. I got the pc back two days later. All the files I needed were saved and my pc has never run better. The company answers emails and phone calls almost immediately. When they schedule a time they arrive at that time. Could not ask for better service.

We set up appointment for evaluation and estimate of cost. After diagnosis, he explained options and cost. Per my request, he took computer to the office for repairs. He returned the computer after work was completed and explained what had been done. He even made some added miscellaneous improvements at no extra cost. He was patient and answered all questions clearly. This was great for someone that has limited computer knowledge. He was very professional and prompt for the appointments. Much to my delight, Mr. Grimsley arrived the following day with my repaired computer. He was kind enough to set up the computer and to restore my hard drive using my back-up disc. He also had to load some of the programs that didn't load properly. I am very pleased with the work and thought the cost was more than fair. I will definitely call him again if I have any problems.
