High Definition Landscape

The provider did some landscaping for us in the spring of 2013. We contacted him in the summer because some of the plants died. He came out, at which time we showed him the plants that had died and also that we discovered some of the plants they were supposed to have planted were never planted at all. He advised he would replace the dead plants and get us the ones that were never planted. Almost a year went by before we would hear anything more from him, with us unsuccessfully trying to contact him, email him, or test him. He finally sent us a proposal for the plants, told us in June they had been ordered and received, and that he would schedule someone to come out to our home to plant them. A couple of months went my and again, nothing. We emailed and advised he should just send us a check for the cost of the plants and in August, said he would put the check in the mail. We still have not seen a check nor has he scheduled anyone to come out to finish the work. Rest assured, this company will never be asked to perform any landscaping for us again.

The price was fair. The quality of the work and materials was second to none. Bill reviews the completed work himself. He makes certain I am 100% satisfied. I'd recommend Bill for any outdoor project.
