Elliott A/C Heating and Handyman Services

Jeff and his team did a wonderful job. The service couldn't have been better and our home looked better than we even expected. They did all the work in a week while we were on vacation and we came home to a beautiful house. The price was reasonable and the work well done. Very pleased with our experience with them and would certainly use them again.

Darryl has been servicing our A/C units for several years. The first time I called him was at 6pm with one unit running continuously and blowing hot air. Over the phone, he asked me several questions and was able to determine that someone had moved the control from "auto" to "on" so the fan ran continuously and I just happened to notice it when the condenser wasn't running, hence the hot air. He won our business! Since then, he has fixed other contractor's messes and helped us nurse one unit along until we could afford a new one.

He came out immediately after I called him. He is very busy now because word is getting around. He hired some guys because his business is expanding, but he still very accurate and very fair and it doesn't take two or three days to get to you. He is awesome and very fair.

Darrell and his team stopped by to help with our handyman list. He was able to fix a couple of our fans and recommended that we call a plumber for a couple of leaks. Darrell also helped diagnose a problem with our washing machine.

Covered under the homeowner's warranty of the people we are buying the house from, this company was sent out to repair two A/C's. They called the day before and did not tell me who they were, and since I was not expecting the call, it took a few minutes for them to explain who they were. They asked if someone could come out the next day (today) between 7 am and 7:30. I am usually an early riser, but as I am moving into this house and tired from moving boxes, I set my alarm. They did not arrive until almost 9:00. I was very upset, since I had made the effort to wake up and there was no apology or even mention of what time they were supposed to be here. They did not take off their shoes, I had to ask them to do so. (I cannot remember both names, but one was Cody.) I mentioned I am not the homeowner and felt like as a result I was belittled. When one of them went outside, he came back in with his shoes on, which bothered me even more. I mentioned another issue that may need to be taken care of and I was talked down to as if the problem was insignificant and not to be worried about (however it was brought up when we got a home inspection and part of our contract.) Furthermore, they were not prepared and had to borrow a step ladder, paper towels, a bowl and cup to perform the job. When they left, they did not say goodbye, just walked out the door and drove off. Lastly, when I checked the area, they left a mess of pink insulation on my carpet beneath the stairs to my attic.

Came out, arrived late for bid. Over bid me, (more than 2 other companies I got bids from) and impatient. I went with a company the next day for $700 less on a new install

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Technician worked non-stop. Insured work areas were kept orderly and completed clean-up when job was finished.
