The service was fine.

I was very pleased with my experiences with Dave's Pest Management. He is very professional and friendly. His work was done efficiently. He was excellent! We will definitely continue to use him for our pest control.

I began hearing rustling in the attic. So much so couldn't sleep. I suspected animals trying to come in from the cold. I called several companies and got and chose Dave's Pest Management. I called Dave and he came out that same day. Impressive. He had to climb into my attic. He found the hole in the facia board which was large enough for a squirrel. He suggested that I have the hole fixed first and if the squirrels were out side that would fix my problem. If this worked he would not have made any money. I was impressed with this. I had the hole fixed the two days later and all was quiet for about 3 days. Then the noise returned. I called Dave he came out. He went up and found rat droppings. I guess were also trying to get out of the cold. He set traps and has been out twice to check them. It has been about 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. I highly recommend Dave's Pest Management. They were very reasonably priced compared to the other companies I got estimates from. I really appreciated that he was honest and a great person to work with. I have already recommended him to a friend who was having the same problem.

Dave has been our Pest management guy for years. He is absolutely pleasant to deal with, is reliable, all it takes is a phone call and he is there. There have been a couple occasions where we had an ant problem and the application didn't get rid of all of them, he promptly comes back out and does a great job. Is great with kids, and the pets , have recommended him to several friends who have said the same about him. He exemplifies what a small business should be.

This was our first time to use Dave's Pest Management, and we are very pleased with the service we received. They worked around our schedule, they are courteous, professional, and we will continue to use them.

After I called them they were here exactly as they were supposed to be and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Dave made a point of telling me about his warranty before he left and so far everything has been fine. I highly recommend these folks and I plan on using them for all of my future needs.

We discovered live termites during a renovation of our kitchen. We had other estimates but Dave's price was the best and his warranty was THE best. He and his son are prompt, professional, and pleasant. They were very thorough in looking for the source of the problem and how to best completely eliminate it. We would definitely call on them again for any other pest problems and would certainly recommend them to others.

I found Dave's exterminating services through Angie's List and contacted Dave. The return call was very quick with a great description of the services they offered. Nick showed up to set up the service and was very good to work with by explaining all he was doing and the trouble spots were. Nick was very professional but caring. I really enjoyed working with him and I have now set them up to do quarterly treatments. Once more thing: he followed up with me after the treatment to make sure everything was okay. Great service from Dave and Nick!

Arrived late, however, quality is of the utmost importance. Dave did an excellent job of eliminating the wasp problem.

Dave is WONDERFUL. We had asked our regular contract pest control company (not Dave's) to help us with a nasty flying-ant superhighway that had suddenly developed in our master bathroom. Although in the past, they had been a really great, family-run company, something has happened to our old service - their new scheduler was rude and completely unconcerned with our problem. Our regular tech dropped by days later, handed my son some dried-out plastic baits and left. After two weeks of getting run around with our old company, the ants were starting to fly into our bedroom while we slept. We turned in desperation to Dave's Pest Control. Dave was just GREAT. He personally came to our house within 24 hours - completely treated the whole house (did NOT even ask us to sign a long term contract), as well as putting some magic gel out that the ants immediately raced towards. (Yes, he tested it on them first!) He explained all about the ants (we had two different kinds), and said he'd come back immediately if they didn't disappear - they were getting pretty entrenched after they were untreated for the two weeks we chased/begged our old company to come help. But all it took was one shot of the magic gel, and the ants were gone. We immediately cancelled our regular contract with the old company and will stay with Dave from now on. Cannot say thank you enough to Dave. He is a gentleman, and cares about his customers. GREAT guy.

We had ants inside and outside of the property and they took care of it. We had other bugs as well. They came back twice when the problem wasn?t corrected after the first time.

Our long-term exterminator went out of business, so we got Dave's company from the list to perform a general extermination. They were knowledgeable, prompt, very professional and thorough. Dave and his son were very impressive and pleasant to work with. We have signed up for a quarterly call-back. Based on our first experience with Dave's, we would highly recommend them.

Dave's family was great. His son came out and took care of my ant problems. A week later I had a few ants return and they worked me into their busy schedule. He also rechecked the other locations with out being asked. They were very professional and it didn't smell like pesticides when they left. I would definitely use them again.

The treatment went as smoothly as it possibly could. Dave and son came out on the scheduled date and with minimal disruption treated the exterior, did interior treatments in the bath areas, and drilled the interior perimeter in an enclosed patio area. Dave's proposal to treat the bath areas was fortuitous because there was evidence of termite activity in one of the bath areas once the area was exposed. The patio area had a ceramic tile floor but they took care to drill only the grout lines to minimize the cosmentic damage. Because termites were found in the interior we are glad that we used Dave to treat the whole property instead of just doing a spot treatment proposed by another company.

Overall it is a great experience! Dave and Nick are great at finding a time to fit my schedule. They are very thorough and offer great tips for the overall health of my home. It takes about an hour for my house inside and out.

I have heard scratching noises in my ceiling for the past few nights, so I contacted Dave's to have them take a look. The owner answered the phone and was very gracious. He asked a lot of questions about the type of noises, when and where they occurred, etc. He said they could come the next day. He and his assistant (his son Nick) showed up a little late, but apologized and went straight to work. After checking both attic areas, he said that I definitely had rats. He said he would set traps and check them regularly but wanted to let me know in advance that there was a chance I could have some of the rats die inside the walls or attic. He didn't have bait boxes with him, so while Nick was setting the traps in the garage attic space, Dave went and got the bait boxes. They were very careful to place the outside boxes where my dogs couldn't get to them, which I greatly appreciated. And they confirmed that even if the dogs got a hold of the boxes, they wouldn't be able to get any of the bait out. After all the traps and boxes were set, Dave told me that I shouldn't be alarmed if I heard snapping noises (traps going off). We set a date and time for him to come back and check the traps. He said if I heard a lot of them going off that I could call him and he would come by by early to clean and reset them. Overall I was very pleased with their professionalism and friendly attitude. I will definitely use them again and I would have no trouble recommending them.

Dave's pest control came to take care of some general pest control as well as red ants that were entering through a weep hole in the brick into the wall of our garage. Nick came for the visit and was professional, helpful and did a great job. These are good honest people who gave us the option of a one time call or an ongoing service option. We love that they didn't pressure us to sign a contract, which we would not have done. They earned our business going forward. Not only will we recommend to others but they're the only ones we'll use.

They returned my call and Dave and his son came out on the same day. They inspected the house and did not find termites, but did find a few carpenter ants. They did a preventative treatment and made some recommendations about trimming trees around the house. They were extremely courteous and explained everything very clearly. I would strongly recommend them.

From the first phone call to Dave's, it was a pleasant experience. He provided an overview of the services they were able to offer, and we scheduled an appointment. He works in a team, with him treating the inside of the house, while his son treated the outside of the house. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend others try him.

We have been using Dave's Pest Management at home and at our business on a quarterly basis for over a year and find Dave to be very prompt and efficient. We are on an automatic schedule and we never have to call the get them out. We have never had an issue that required us to call him back between visits but he always insists that if we do we should call.

I had capenter ants in my kitchen window in the back yard and on the eaves above the guest bedroom in the front of my house about two years ago. Carpenter ants were not covered under warranty from my other company and they told me it would be $135. I called Dave and he told me $80, and that included a treatment with general pest control and a three month warranty on both the carpenter ants and the general pest control. I didn't really need the quarterly treatment because I was under contract with another company, but it had been 8 weeks since they were over and Dave included it anyways. Dave and his son were great. When they came in the door they were nice, inquisitive about my problems and really took thier time. Above all, they came over one time and my problems were gone, both in the house and with the carpenter ants. After my last 6 months of contract was up with the other guys, I called Dave and he has done my house ever since then. Also, he has no contracts binding you for a year of service. He just calls every three months and reminds me that it is time to treat the house. I have referred him to four or five people and everyone is happy with his work and with Dave and Nick personally. They are great guys and bug-men. I didn't see the company on the list, and these are guys that deserve to be on here.
