They were thorough. They came back a month later to check the traps. I just thought they did a more complete job in general.

I am hesitant to write this review, but a company cannot improve without all feedback, good and bad. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, April 11th at 3 pm. They no called, no showed! I received a call from the company around 5:45 pm that evening and they said they were very sorry, but the phone that had my appointment was lost, but found later. I believe in second chances, and they were very nice, so I rescheduled for Monday, April 14th at 8:30 am. They no called, no showed again. I called them at 10:45 am, and they said that the appointment did not show up on today's calendar so they forgot. They were very apologetic and admitted their mistake. That is the only reason I gave them a D, instead of an F.

He was right on time and knowledgeable. Had good suggestions on how to prevent future issues. His pricing on quarterly programs is good, we plan to use him for that moving forward.

It went Great! Dave and his crew came out several time to inspect and reset the traps. They were really nice and keep us informed of the progress of removing about 8 rats that called our house a home. They close up any opening and ways into the house. They walked us around the house and showed us how they were getting in and then took care of that. Really nice group of guys. Would have them back the first sign of problems.

Dave arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We will use his services again.

He was very considerate and humane to the animals involved. I would definitely use his services again. I had a difficult problem he helped me successfully resolve.

Dave, Nick and Dylan are all great. They come when they say they will and are extremely professional. They even take pictures so you can see where animals are getting in. They also seal everything so that it is not visible to the naked eye. Great Materials used!! The work is guaranteed for three years.

He just do a great job that I don’t even need him to come out that often and he’s just super nice. The prices are unbeatable. He uses natural products that don’t hurt the environment. It’s a family-operated company and really nice people. They are just wonderful and I love them.

Dave called me back on the same day and was able to come out the very next day to inspect and perform the service. I explained that I was in the process of selling the house and wanted to make sure treatment had been done but wasn't looking for a long term contract. He understood completely and was able to take care of my situation and include a warranty on the services he provided. Highly recommended.

Inspected attic for rats and/or squirrels. Didn't find any or a trace of either. Dylan did find evidence of Gecko's and that was all. Dylan was above and beyond being professional, and answered all my questions in detail. Thank you very much Dylan and Dave's Pest Management!

WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT OUR AREA WAS ELIMINATED FROM HIS LIST OF PEOPLE HE WOULD SUPPORT AFTER HAVING GREAT SUCCESS FOR OVER A YEAR. DID NOT EXPECT THIS

While Dave's Pest Control was out to our residence to deal with a rodent problem, they noticed we had termites. After taking care of the first problem and closing up the openings to the attic, Dave and Dillon came out and took care of our termite problem. They worked diligently digging holes and administering the chemical. Dave carefully explained how they would treat the deck since it would be impossible to go under it. All during their work at our house, they worked efficiently, were kind to our pets, took precautions not to disturb our fish pond, and kept us aware of their progress. I would definitely call them back for any future problems.

I used Dave last year, brought him back this year. He does a great job, will be bringing him back for some termite issues.

It didn't...never got a call back.

The estimation was done in a timely manner, and within a few days they returned and did the extermination. They were very polite and extremely fast.

I contacted Dave and he and his helper, Dylan came to my home, checked all around and found 4 places that they believed the squirrels were making entrance. Dylan did not see any squirrels in the attic at that time so they placed a trap on the roof where it was likely they were getting in. The next day one of the squirrels found his way to the trap. Dylan came and closed the areas we believed they were getting in and removed the caught squirrel. We placed another trap on the roof but the squirrel knocked it off the next day. A couple of days after that I heard another squirrel in the attic so Dylan came by to set another trap. As he was taking a trap to the attic, the squirrel jumped out and into the garage. Dylan was able to take care of the problem at that time.

Dave promptly came out right after I called. He put out traps around the attic and came by several times to check them and remove the rodents. He also located and sealed up all the possible avenues of access to the attic to keep them out. There were several including some high points on the eaves. He got them all! I was very satisfied with his personal service and will definitely call on him again if the need arises.

Several years ago during the first winter in my home, I encountered a rodent issue. After trying numerous DIY solutions, a coworker provided me with Dave's Pest Management's information. Dave came out promptly, explained contributing factors and what I could do to help my garage be less attractive. He was very considerate of my dogs and cat when placing the bait and told me all of the places he had placed it so I would be aware. Since then Dave's has been my only pest management service for years. They are professional, affordable, and dependable. They take pride in the quality of their work. I am now on a quarterly plan with Dave's and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance with a pest crisis or looking for a regular ongoing maintenance service.

I called Dave on Friday and left a voice mail and heard back from him on Saturday. He was not working but was in the office and agreed to make a special visit to my home, I think because he heard the panic in my voice from finding evidence of big bugs in my new home. He came out and actually arrived before he said he would be there. He was very polite and knowledgeable, worked quickly, and calmed my fears. He also gave me recommendations to keep the problem under control - like not letting plants grow within a foot of the house.

Dylan, the technician did a thorough analysis of the rodent problem, identified several places he thought the rats are entering the attic, and set traps. He explained everything he was going to do, answered all of my questions and did his job very efficiently.

Called Dave, he gave an estimate over the phone, came promptly the next day, diagnosed to probl;em and fixed it.
