Description of Work: Dave came out to talk about the moles we have in our yard. He was very knowledgeable about the moles we have and educated me on what to do with problem. This was a free estimate. He gave me his card with the name of the product we could use to rid the yard of moles. I told him we would try it ourselves first.

Description of Work: I have used him twice and both times they were great. I called him at ten am yesterday and he was done and gone by 1:30pm same day. And no more issues, love then.

Description of Work: Trapped and removed rat from attic. Sealed entry points, and painted repaired areas. | |Dave and his team made three trips to diagnose the problem, set and empty traps, and make the repairs to the entry points. One rat was found, and we have not had any more evidence of them since the traps were removed and the entries sealed. | |Dave is very responsive, and great to work with.

Description of Work: Dave and his crew came to the house and set a trap in the attic to catch squirrels. After removing two of them from the attic and making sure there were no more coming and going, the guys sealed the hole they were using. No more scratching and thumping in the walls and ceiling! Very patient people. I hope I do not need to, but I would call Dave back for more work without hesitation.

Description of Work: I called Dave based on the reviews in Angie's List. We had received a recommendation to have our attic checked for rodents based on tunnels found by the home inspector. He clearly explained to me over the phone what to expect - namely, if there weren't any rodents, we wouldn't be charged, but if there were, that would be when he would charge, and he explained how much. Fortunately, we didn't have any rodents, but I we did find out pest management company for the future. Dave is honest and knows his business extremely well and the prices he quoted me were extremely competitive to the other groups I contacted. I would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for Pest Control to come out to inspect home on January 19th due to a problem I had been having with ants. I waited about 2 hours past the confirmed appointment with no phone call to let me know that he wasn't coming. I called and left a message and didn't get a phone call back until Monday stating that he didn't have an appointment with me! I made this appointment one week prior to the date I wanted him to come. I will not be using this Pest Control Company.

Description of Work: Dave got rid of moles - a lot of them. He was persistent. Used bait that would poison them. Did not stop until all moles were gone and then offered 6 weeks of follow up with no charge. Outstanding job.

Description of Work: Dave's did and excellent job he is very polite and respectful with your property . Been a home owner for 11 years and this is the first pest control person that take the time to check every part of the house and really take care of the problem, a really great job

Description of Work: Dave was professional and I called him about carpenter ants. I normally do all my pest control. I was out of his area but he gave me some advice on how to treat them. I haven't had many problems since this time. Thank you.

Description of Work: we have a small acreage with some chickens, they came out to take care of some ants and were very good at their job. Primarily they did not hurt our animals in the process which with chickens I esy todo. Dave also gave us great advice on how to keep the ants undercontroll organticly around the chickens. Great job guys

Description of Work: Live in a new plan and just bought the house. Set up preventative pest treatment. Have continued to use this service and nit has been excellent.
