One of my laptops is an older model. Main issue is that over the years, it started to show latency after each reboot. Sometimes reboot was taking a real long time. Randy provided via remote login a tune up and the cleaning of data, browser plug ins and unused running applications. Laptop is now running a lot smoothly and rebooting is faster too. Highly recommended.
