All work was done VERY professionally and in a VERY timely manner in spite of scheduling problems with the tenant. Schedule was performed as contracted from the moment the bid was accepted. Contractor contacted me with periodic updates and whenever there was an unforseen problem or issue. Over a year later (April 2012) the tenant reported a leak in the wall where the plumbing for the shower is and when Crossroads was contacted they investigated and did all needed repairs at no charge explaining that the work was still under warrantee. Crossroads cares about their workmanship and their customers!!!!!

At first, Gary was very engaged in the process and provided a quote. This was accepted by me and we had the work scheduled. He called to say that he had a problem with getting the materials and had to order and it would be a few days to get in and then he would be out. I did not hear anything and he has not responded to my voicemails or emails regarding rescheduling the work.

He has done a lot of projects for me. I would use his services in the future too. In fact, I have some other projects and so I am waiting for him to schedule for me because I don’t want to use anybody else.

I really really liked the guy who came out. Unfortunatly he never called me back with a quote on some work that he was looking into for us. I ended up going with someone else.

After several delays, Gary was supposed to come out to install crown moulding throughout my house and install a ceiling fan on Wednesday June 2. On the evening of June 1, he called to say his partner "Andy" was sick and that he couldn't get anyone else to help him. We rescheduled for Friday morning, and I made arrangements to be out of work that day. When they were late Friday morning, I called twice to find out where they were. I was told (1) Andy was on his way and stuck in traffic and (2) Andy was "very close" to my house. After 9:30, Gary stopped answering my phone calls, and no one ever showed up. I have yet to hear from Gary - no explanation, no apology. Completely unprofessional.

I hired Gary in August 2009, to help my dad with general repairs and remodeling. He has been doing jobs for us for over 7 months. He has been reliable, honest, and is always meticulous with his work. Many times I have sent Gary with my debit card to buy supplies and trust him completely. I also had him do some work on my son's house in Trophy club, where he built a custom vent hood to match the cabinets, converted an open area into an office with french doors and a custom window looking onto the foyer. The work was all very professional. I had a small utility room that was literally falling off my house. Gary tore it off, and completely and rebuilt a 16 X 19 room from the ground up. The quality of his work is exceptional and something you rarely see anymore.
