From beginning to end, Laura and Mark were amazing! I had another estimate from a larger company in the area where they came and measured and then sat down and took an hour to draw it out on paper. Then when they gave us the price and when we said we wanted to think about it, she had to "call it in" and verify they could hold the price for 24 hours. Their estimate actually came in $200 lower but their design was about half as elaborate as Laura's. Laura came in and measured and got back to me in a few days with a CAD drawing that was very realistic. There was no timeline as to how long they would hold the price and no pressure at all. It was "here is the price and design and let us know if you want to move forward." There were no gimmicks and no car salesman type antics. We even thought that the CAD was too good to be true, but it was nothing compared to the final product. We were having hardwoods put in and had decided to put our closet in first. When I told Mark that, he said (at the risk of losing our business) that we needed to do hardwoods first. Now we realize that was great advice. We worked with Laura and picked out our hardware and glass for the closet over a period of a few weeks while we waited to have the hardwoods put in and then we wanted the closet and our bedroom professionally painted first. We thought we wouldn't get it painted in time and they were more than willing to adjust their schedule for ours. It ended up working out and everything was on time. The install took about 4 hours. My husband has buyer's remorse about EVERYTHING. Seriously, just about everything. We both couldn't be more pleased. It exceeded all of our expectations. I thought our closet was too small to do a whole lot, but it looks like a completely different room and looks twice as big as it was before! We have both walked through it and stood in it for hours and it's only been 5 days. You will NOT be disappointed! I wish I could post pictures because the before and afters are unbelievable. My whole experience was great! We will definitely use them again.

From start to finish the experience was PERFECT!!! I initially contacted Closet Storage Systems through Angie's List. Mark responded by email within hours. I followed up with him by telephone and discussed my project. He told me Laura would contact me to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Laura contacted me and we scheduled an appointment that worked for my schedule. Due to a scheduling conflict and traffic, Laura was running late. She kept in contact to let me know she was running late. When she arrived, she was great! She listened to what we wanted, gave expert advice, and made us feel totally comfortable with moving forward with Closet Storage Systems. We didn't even bother to seek a 2nd estimate. Laura sent the estimate by email just as she had promised. We worked out a few details to stay within our budget and scheduled the project. On installation day, Mark was scheduled to arrive at 7:00am. He rang the doorbell at 6:58am! He introduced his guys. They put down floor protection from the front door all the way to where they would be working. He is a perfectionist! He took time to get wall paint matched to ensure the closet looked complete when he finished. At the start of the job, he said they would be finished by 2:00pm. They finished at 2:00pm! They cleaned up all of their work area and left the closet looking picture perfect. The closet is incredible! It's better than I could have ever imagined! Working with Mark and Laura is the best experience I've had since moving to Dallas, TX last year. If I have any other needs which can be met by Closet Storage Systems, I won't hesitate to use this company again. Amazing! It began with the initial consultation with Laura, she arrived on time and ready to go. I had previously had another service come out to design our closets, but when I found out they hand draw the designs on graph paper and would be at my house for literally hours, I passed. Laura and I had a consultation that took no more than 45 minutes, this included her measuring two closets. Fantastic! A few days after our appointment she emailed me her recommendations based on my needs. The renderings of the closets made it very easy to visualize and the 3D image was the cherry on top. Laura even sent me additional pictures of jobs they had performed, which helped me to make my final selections. The cost was easily understood with several price points to choose from as well as the price for any upgrades. The installation scheduling was convenient, on the day of installation, Mark (the owner) arrived with another gentleman and they set out performing the install. Since the installation involves the removal of previous closet fixtures they offer to retexture and paint over any effected areas. Mark was very helpful in guiding me on which touch up paint to purchase. They laid down protective sheeting throughout the walkway to and from the closet, an added touch I appreciated. Due to unforeseen issues with our closet walls not being straight, the install took longer than anticipated. Even so, we appreciated Mark's dedication to doing the job right and not just getting it good enough, as so many companies do these days. Mark did a fantastic job of keeping us up to speed throughout the installation. Once it was completed, we were beyond thrilled with the result and will definitely be using Mark again for our much larger master closet. Wonderful! The quality of the materials used and the level of professionalism makes Closet Storage Systems hands down the best value for your money. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Laura came out and listened to what I wanted and had to work with a room with windows on 3 of the walls. It was a challenge and she was so helpful and fun to work with. She sent me a 3D picture of what it would look like and we then made a few changes. Mark and Laura came out to make final measurements and started the fabrication on my closet. From start to finish they were very professional and I now have the most amazing beautiful master bedroom closet.

From consultation to installation it was a pleasure to work with Mark. We are thrilled with our new closet.

It went fantastic. Mark kept us apprised of availability he had to do the job earlier than expected and we jumped on it. He and his crew came promptly at the appointed date and time and got to work. They were quick and efficient to the point I was surprised when he said they were done. He asked me what type of handle I wanted for my cabinet door which was a nice touch. I love my choice! We chose a dark wood (he had several sample colors) and it is very high quality. It even has a great smell. They were done in a few hours and I am so in love with my wall of shoes. :) There's ample room for my husband and I to share the closet and now instead of ugly old wood bars, they are a shiny chrome that are adjustable if we feel their placement is too high. I have additional shelving for handbags, scarves, and other accessories that would normally just get dumped on the floor. Mark was extremely personable and professional, as was his crew. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with an amazing closet. Mark followed up to see how we liked it and we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend him!

Approximately 4 to 5 years ago we had one custom closet designed and installed in our previous home with a different company and we did like the materials used and the results. We moved and decided we wanted two custom closets in our new residence and one of the two closest is bigger than the one closet that was in our previous home. Since I knew the materials and general price point of the company we had used in our previous home, I decided to get a bid from a different company. I found Closets Storage Systems on Angies List and called Mark Johnson. He returned my call promptly and we set-up an appointment. Mark arrived; we talked about what was needed and wanted in the closets. He took time to assess the clothes, shoes, etc, and produced a 3-D image on his computer as we chatted, providing a quote immediately. In addition, he e-mailed me the closet images with the quote for my husband to review. Mark was easy to work with and accommodates readily to your needs and wishes. He had a great attitude, his quote was excellent so we hired him. On the day of installation he arrived on time with his crew and worked side by side with his crew on the total project. He and his team were courteous, professional, covered walking surfaces as they begin, with clean-up at the end, completing the job quickly. Both closets he designed are amazing with quality materials used! Completely beautiful and functional! Following the installation, we decided we wanted one more hanging area to replace one of the shelves and Mark immediately brought the materials and volunteered his services at no additional cost. He also provided a follow-up call and e-mail to make sure we were pleased with the closets. Marks customer service is exceptional! In my opinion, it is important to note, the material used were the same materials used by the previous company we hired. The difference was the customer service and the price. The previous company was considerably more expensive and we only had one closet done that was smaller! I highly recommend Closet Storage Systems! We will definitely be hiring Mark again!

We recently moved into an wonderful house that had everything we wanted....except storage on the first floor! Began my research for closet makeovers on Angie's List and narrowed it down to two closet companies. The first company came out and spent several hours designing their vision of what my closet and pantry should look like. At the end of the appointment their design was just on graph paper. I could not visualize what it would look like. Then she proceeded to spend another hour trying to convince me to SIGN right now - even got their manager on the phone to push me even harder. I was not happy by the end. She kept lowering the price which made me even madder. Why not bring the best price forward the first time?? The next day I had my appointment with Mark at Closet Storage Systems and he listened to what I wanted, designed it and showed me in 3D what it would my closet would look like. Mark was even able to solve a odd area in the closet without missing a beat. The closet was installed Saturday and we are thrilled!! It is an absolute joy to walk into the closet. The crew was professional and incredibly nice. Arrived on time, worked so hard and at the end we have an absolutely gorgeous pantry and master closet. If you are thinking of adding a closet or pantry to your house choose Mark. You will not feel under-pressure and Mark will listen to YOUR needs. And if you are going to walk into a space in your house several times a day it should be a place you love. Mark will build you a space that you will love every time you walk into the closet or your pantry.

The job went exactly as planned. Mark and his helper did quality work. They were punctual and professional and competent. I am completely pleased with the design and the installation of both closets.

Laura came out and listened well to what I wanted and drew great schematics. On the day of install everything went exactly according to plan. I really got a great value; chose Closet Storage Systems over three other companies. I especially liked the innovative design Laura made for my triangular closet. I got shelves and rods for all three closets so they have maximum shelf storage now and rods for maximum hanging space in the future.

This is the third time we have used Closet Storage Sytems and I would highly recommend their work. The owner, Mark, is very thorough and takes pride in his finished product. They arrived on time and finished the job in 4 hours. They were very careful to put down rugs to protect our floors when walking in and out. His crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. They are very, very good. I would use them again and I had no problem with them. Their price was good and they showed up on time. They were very responsive. I had one concern and he offered to fix it. It wasn't anything major, it was just a difference in what I thought something was supposed to be and what it turned out to be. I would highly recommend them to anybody. He did not require a deposit which surprised me. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to and it was all completed the same day. The price was fair. I quoted some other closet companies and they were lower but it was not the same product. He was a really nice man and very easy to work with. They were clean and they picked up after themselves. They ran the vacuum after they were finished. I totally trusted him in the house. I thought they were really awesome.

This is the second job that I've hired Closet storage Systems to complete work in my home. Mark Johnson, the owner of this well-run business, met with me on-site to personally review the work I was requesting. Mark promptly arrived at the time scheduled and after a short conversation, immediately went to work. Mark took the time to listen to my needs, reviewed the space, and starting taking measurements. Shortly thereafter, he sat down and worked up a graphic design on his laptop. Less than 30 minutes after arriving at my home he had completed perfect designs for two bedrooms with affordable pricing attached. After agreeing to the work proposed we set an appointment for installation. Much like the initial meeting. Mark and his crews should up on time as promised. They were very professional, worked neatly, efficiently, and safely throughout the day with minimal disruption to the household. they took the time to lay down protective floor covering from the point of entry to the home to the space they were working in, which was no small feat considering they were working on the second floor of the house. Upon completion of the work they vacuumed the workspace, and all walkways used. They also applied touchup paint where needed. The result was a beautiful closet storage unit that looked like it was part of the original home construction. The bottom line is if you're looking for a way to create affordable, organized, space saving, and really good-looking, user friendly closets, call Mark Johnson at Closet Storage Systems......you won't be sorry!

Mark and his team arrived when he said they would. They placed covers on the floor and steps leading to the closet as well as around the room where the closet was located. The old shelves and rods were removed and hauled away. They patched exposed areas and repainted before installing closet fixtures. All fixture were carefully brought in and assembled. Once all pieces of fixtures were in, they wiped them down making sure they were free of dust and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Before departing, they gather up all their equipment, vacuum the closet and all areas they had covered including 14 stairs and the pathway from the front door to the stairs. The job took exactly four hours for a 6 x 18 walk-in closet and we got everything we wanted and then some. We paid with a credit card and received a receipt via e-mail once they got back to the office (less than 2 hours). We would recommenced Closet Storage Systems to everybody. They are a very professional company and does outstanding work. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR CLOSET!!!!!!!! It's organized now with more space for hanging, shelves and drawers. Plus, we can see everything. Again, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR CLOSET!!!!!!!!

I was pleased with her design right away .When I accepted the bid, Mark paid another visit to fine tune the details and also had some further great suggestions, based on his deep knowledge and experience. He is an owner who takes deep pride in his company's reputation. The crew arrived promptly, laid down protective materials on my floors and commenced to work efficiently and neatly. In a short time the space in my closet was maximized, exactly to specifications. The work was beautifully done and the entire space left clean. i am extremely pleased with the results!

The process could not have gone better! From the point of first contact through the final installation, all communication was prompt and informative. The installation was professional and clean up was exceptional.

The designer worked with me with several different designs to optimize the space in 2 awkwardly shaped closets. The installers were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They also textured/painted the walls in the areas newly exposed from the old closet. The new closet system is very sturdy, the drawers slide wonderfully.The closets are now much more functional and look great!

Outstanding work by Mark! We also had two other top service providers on Angies List quote for the job. Mark did an excellent job in ascertaining the function and look we wanted in providing a design and also minimizing the cost. He was very upfront with both the advantages and limitations of each choice and I really appreciated this. He did a wonderful job and completed on time and as promised. His work was clean and the workplace was left clean at the end of the job as well. There was as little disruption as could be expected. He followed up later and made sure everything was fine as well. Overall, I think this was a great experience and I will not hesitate to use him in future.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He had come twice to make sure that he got his specs correctly on the closet. It was a difficult space in that there were windows involved. His solution was creative and the quality was excellent. Friends that I have had come over are absolutely amazed at the closet - it's a head turner! They also replaced some shelving in my food pantry and made them look better - and adjustable. After the work was completed, my housekeeper made a couple of suggestions that made a lot of sense. They came out and performed the updates in about 1/2 hour. Really - overall a great experience and would highly recommend them!

We had several companies come out to quote on a custom closet installation for our master closet. Mark came out and was able to provide a quote and 3D design on the spot. He was wonderful about working with me on revisions and always responded in a timely manner. CSS offered the most attractive price of all the companies we contacted. Mark and his team showed up on time and quickly installed our closet. It was definitely worth the wait. We love our new closet and have recommended Closet Storage Systems to both friends and family.

Two reasons we chose them were the 3 D drawings they were ale to provide that gave a clear visual what the end product would look like and their prices were 25-30% less than the other two companies. They were prompt and the work was well done when they said it would be. They made a big difference in how much we could store and how much neater and cleaner things looked. Laura spent time identifying what our problems were and then customized to meet those needs. They accidentally damaged the tops of our washer dryer. Mark was back out the next day to inspect it, then offered to repair the damage.
