I live in a historical home where all of the walls are skewed, as well as the floor a bit sloped, and Mark was able to work with the uneven dimensions and create something that is not only effective but beautiful! We are beyond pleased with the results. He was concerned about the "crooked" door in the bathroom, but we weren't. When living in a 100 year old home, one gets used to the idiosyncrasies. He and his team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them and certainly will use him again when in need of additional storage projects. We love the "modular" capability of being able to move shelving around as space is needed, as well as readjusting clothing rods.

Mark was a total delight. His level of knowledge, proffesionalism and most importantly, his patience in working with the customer is amazing. He takes the time in listening to your needs and provides excellent suggestions and recommendations without compromising on your ideas. The work at our house was done in time and without any inconvenience. Mark is very punctual, organized and efficient all throughout the process. He not only helps you with the design, he is also very hands on, doing the installation himself. I am very impressed with Mark's honesty and code of honor, definitely something I don't get to experience with many other service providers. I will definitely contact Mark for my future projects, plus I will make sure to disseminate my experience around friends and neighbors. Mark was very punctual and explained everything in detail as to the design possibilities with our master closet. He sent us the dimensional design of how the closet would be completed. He arrived with two helpers and covered all the flooring. All the old closet shelves and rods were removed and he had it finished in approximately 3 hours. My husband was surprisingly pleased at the new space created for his clothes, shoes and extra shelves. Of course, I was happy to be able to see what clothes I actually had with more space than before and could find everything more organized. We should have had this done a long time ago and had another company give us an estimate but was told we would have to patch and paint after they left which we didn't think we would have time for. Mark was very professional and we are more than pleased with the end result after living here for 15 years.

Everything went great. Mark was able to give me an estimate that included a 2-D version of the end result. The materials he used was far more than what I expected. Since he was 50% lower than 2 other major closet companies. I was expecting cheap stuff. There is nothing cheap about these closets. I love this. Wish I did this early on.

After we contacted the business, we made an appointment with Mark, the business owner, to look at our closet and make recommendations. He arrived on time with his tape measure and computer. After taking careful measurements, he created a visual on his computer so we could see what the new installation would look like. He answered all our questions about the quality of the components that he planned to use and gave us a price that included everything including tax. He said that it would take about two weeks for his supplier to ship him the shelving and storage units and that he would call us as soon as he received his shipment from the manufacturer. A little less than two weeks later he notified us that he had received the shipment. We then made an appointment for the installation. He and two other installers arrived on time and completed the project in less than six hours. The fit and finish of the products was excellent. We believe that Mark and his team gave us great value for what they charged. He definitely demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. Personally, he was professional and concerned that we would be completely satisfied with the results. I doubt that his major competitors could have delivered similar quality for what we paid. I would recommend Mark's company to anyone interested in upgrading their closet/storage systems.

It went pretty well. The staff was professional, punctual and performed the quality work. I highly recommend mark and his team for any type of custom closet and storage needs.

The whole process was entirely stress free. Mark was an excellent communicator - very important to me! - both via phone and email. Mine was a smaller scale project but he treated it as if it was his most important. From the design process to the installation it couldn't have been more perfect. It still makes me happy every time I open the doors to my updated closets. Would recommend without reservation!

Mark and Laura were amazing. Laura was a great sales rep who was not pushy at all and gave a fair and very competitive quote. Mark came out and removed the old closet system and installed the custom unit in one day. Very professional. Very Clean. Did exactly what they promised to do at the price they promised to do it at. Mark was very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns before we agreed to the work. The work was done quickly and completely. It appears just as it was designed and expected. Quality workmanship. We are so glad we chose them to do the work and wondered why we had not done it before! We appreciated how Mark looked at what was in our closet and asked questions about what we stored there in order to design a closet that would work for us. That design included a spot for our hamper and for our suitcases. We could see that design when he came out to do the estimate.

Since we were new to the area, we checked Angie's List to find a contractor to build a home office system for my husband. We contacted 3 different companies, but we knew the minute we visited with Mark that he was the one. Mark took our ideas, made some excellent suggestions, and turned a bare, empty room into an office that looks like it was custom made for our home?.which it was! Mark promised to deliver, set up and finish out our office in ONE DAY, and that's exactly what he did. The cabinets and shelving are beautiful and well-made?exactly what my husband needed. Mark warned us that it would be a noisy, messy day but he and his crew were careful to disrupt as little as possible and cleaned up everything when they left. Mark is professional, honest and does exactly what he says he will do..when he says he will do it! We are so pleased with the finished product and will certainly call Mark again when we get ready to "customize" our closets!

Mark Johnson and his company did a fantastic job. He came out and provided me with an estimate to do the work and really worked with me to maximize the limited space I had in my pantry and he came up so great suggestions for my laundry room. On the day of the install, Mark called and let us know that he could be there earlier than expected if that was ok with us. He came out and installed beautiful adjustable shelving. I am in hog-heavan. It has made my life so much more organized. I would definitely recommend this provider. I had used another company that has a name of a western state in its name to install a closet system in our master bedroom a couple of years ago. I would say that the difference was major. Mark owns his company and came out to do the install himself. He takes pride in his work!! Also the price is much better than the competition.

Excellent folks! Came when scheduled and left our home just as they found it.

Mark gave us the estimates on Tuesday and agreed to complete the work on Friday 30th and said if any window opens for installation, will install earlier. Mark call me on Thursday 22nd and said they may have time to install the cabinets on Friday 23rd.This morning they came, installed the cabinets, excellent quality and cleaned everything after installation. I will recommend Mark to whoever wants do the cabinets. Minesh

They came up with a great design for a reasonable price (half of what was suggested by a competitor). The three people who came (Mark and two of his guys) were very polite and respectful of our house. They worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up when they were done. Our new closets look great; we are very satisfied.

Mark and his team did an excellent job on our master closet remodel and I would highly recommend them. When Mark came over for the initial estimate, I had a vague idea of what I wanted. He was able to take those vague ideas and come up with a beautiful design on the spot. He was very responsive when I did have any questions. The installation itself went very smoothly - they arrived promptly and installed everything quickly as per the design. The finished product was even more beautiful than the original drawings! And, their prices can't be beat - we had another company estimate over twice as much for the same project. This is the least painful renovation project we've ever had to go through thanks to Closet Storage Systems. We'll definitely be using them for any other closet projects we have in the future.

The reason I chose to go with Mark for the work because a friend had started working with him. To me, his prices were very reasonable and seemed that they were less expensive than others. He was very knowledgeable about building your closet to fit your needs. He was even willing to work within my budget for the plans. Mark, the owner, did the work himself. He completed the job in less than one day and cleanup was great! Overall, everything went fabulous!

They completed the work in about half of a day. They did a good job for the work I had hired them for. However, they caused some damage during the process. With their hammering, they knocked an antique clock off the wall and it damaged a statuary. It was quite an ordeal getting everything repair and it took almost a year due to the nature of items that were broken. They did stand behind it and paid for all of the repairs. I would go back to them if I needed additional work.

They were great. They were magnificent. They did everything above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a new home which closed on July 30, 2014. I was very unhappy with the master closet and the pantry, so i asked the builder to tear them out and just leave the shell. After talking with four closet storage companies I chose Mark because as I described what I wanted it seemed like he new what I needed before I finished my conversation. He is very detailed, for example I needed a large shelving area for shoes. He wanted to know estimated number of pairs as well as my shoe size so he could get the depth of the shelves correct. He is very professional, always on time and leaves your home very neat and clean at the end of each day. I ran into a time problem with my closing which meant the dates that Mark and I set would no longer work and Mark had a big job set on the dates that would work for me. To show what kind of a professional he is he called and asked if he could start the job on a Sunday. NOW THATS A REAL PRO. I which everyone I worked with was like Mark, finishing my new home would have been a breeze. Mark is honest and a FIRST CLASS PERSON.

We relied on Angie's List to help us choose a closet design company in Dallas since we are new to the area. Closet Storage Systems had an A rating and great customer reviews so I contacted them by email. Mark got back to me quickly and put me in touch with Designer Laura. She was on time for her scheduled appointment and listened to what our needs were and gave us advice. She took her measurements and then emailed us two different design options for the closet and one for the laundry room. Our installation date was within two weeks of receiving the designs. On installation day, Marcelino and Nico arrived at 7am as scheduled and before any work began, they laid down protective runners on my new wood floors and carpets. Marcelino began by removing the existing closet fixtures and resurfaced and painted the area. (This was not the case when I had a closet done in my previous home by a BIG name closet company) The installation of both the master closet and laundry room went off without a hitch. When they were finished, they completely cleaned up the areas where they worked. Laura's designs were built to perfection by Marcelino and Nico. Our master closet has so much more space and I love my vanity area. In my laundry room I no longer have to look at my detergent and cleaners now that they are hidden behind the doors in my beautiful new cabinets. Professional people and quality workmanship. We highly recommend Closet Storage Systems. We give them and A+.

Laura helped with the design of our closet and took all measurements. She was a real pleasure to work with and hit the nail on the head on what we needed. Mark and his crew were extremely courteous and each person shook my hand before starting. The work was done in a very timely measure and done beautifully. When they finished you would never know a reconstruction went on. They left the work area clean and ready to reorganize and use. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get any closet redone and organized to be used most efficiently.

Mark and his crew did a superb job on all three areas. We have so much more usable space now that we are brainstorming on how to utilize it all. The process was easy and Mark was very helpful in getting it all done very fast. We really appreciated his attention to detail. Mark says they do garages. That might be next.

I was shocked to see a full 100% "A" rating for anyone. So without any hesitation, I called these guys and talked to the owner, Mark about redoing our master closet. It was not an easy thing. Our master closet has very weird shapes so it really is challenging for anyone to make it look half way decent. Mark was great with his communication, which is really rare with anyone. He was always very helpful and responsive to any questions or thoughts we might have had. I have to tell you that I had my reservations about this closet looking good but the final product was awesome! The design, the colors, and the placement of everything was spot on. The closet actually looks bigger then it did before, which is really strange. Great job Mark! You guys do deserve your A rating. I will look forward to using them for my garage next.
