Mark was awesome, he designed a better system for the closets, gave me a fair estimate and was on time and finished exactly when he said he would be.

Excellent - Showed up on time; did great job. Love the design and still have empty shelves/drawers then know what to do with! Bit hard to adjust the hanging bars. I would highly recommend!

A wonderful experience! Mark drew up 3-D plans that included all of the aspects I told him we needed, the price was about 25% less than other quotes I had received, and so we set a date to have the work done. Crew arrived right on time and finished in about 5 hours. They touched up paint, cleaned up and the end result was awesome! Definitely would recommend!

We bought a house with the cheapest, most poorly designed closet imaginable. What kind of monster would put a $100 Rubbermaid wire closet system in a 700k house? Would you douse your foie gras with ketchup? No you wouldn't. We needed help, and so we found this company on Angie's list. Mark (owner of the business) came to our place on a Saturday morning and within 30 minutes made all measurements and designed a proposal with a 3D illustration to scale for us on his computer. He was very straightforward about price, and we agreed. He told us exactly what parts we'd need (specific drawer pulls that match what's in the rest of the house and some extra paint for the drywall repairs that would be needed after removing the disaster of a system that came with the house). He built the closet off site and came to us with the nearly-finished system. He and his crew uninstalled the awful, cheap Rubbermaid closet system, repaired the drywall and applied fresh paint to it, made the necessary cuts in the baseboard molding, and installed the system after making a few final measurements and cuts. Whole job took about 3 hours, and they cleaned up after themselves. These were some of the most professional contractors we've ever worked with. If there were an A++ on here we'd give it to them. Highly recommend.

I initially decided to give Mark a call based on the positive reviews here on Angie's List. I am so glad I did. During the initial visit Mark completed the closet design and quoted me a price on the spot. Unlike some other places who took up to a week to provide an estimate. On the day of the install, Mark and his team arrived on schedule around 8:00AM and were done by around 1:00PM. They completed the install in about 5 hours on an oversized closet. Some other quotes we got said the install would take 2 days. They did a great job and were very efficient. They covered the floors and cleaned up after they were done. The design included double and long hanging space, storage drawers, hampers, shoe racks and shelving. It looks fantastic and the cost was excellent for the quality of product delivered.

Mark and his crew are phenomenal. If you are wondering whether to update and organize your closets, give Mark a call. He not only takes the time to listen to your needs, but makes excellent suggestions about the best use of your space. He just finished one closet for me and now I have a closet that is much easier to organize and keep tidy. Most of us can't make our closets bigger, but Mark can design your closets so that they seem bigger. As you can tell, I'm thrilled with the work Mark did and have already started discussion about another closet renovation. Mark and his team did a great job, they were on time and the job took about 4 hours like he said. We had the master closet built out with hanging space, hampers, shoe racks and storage shelves. It looks amazing. They were very careful and covered all the floors and cleaned up after they were finished. The price was great compared to the other few places i checked. We will probably call him again when we are ready to do the garage.

Outstanding - Mark was very responsive and spent time providing 3d models to show what arrangement he was planning. We took measurements of how much hang bar length we needed and also how much shelf space. Mark fit the design to those specifications, and then tuned his proposal within the day when we talked about who would be accessing which parts and how frequently. He and his crew showed up on time to install, and they were done within the day. Everything matched the design perfectly!

Mark came out and measured the space, made recommendations based on his vast experience and expertise. We scheduled the installation and upon the specified date, they were right on time. First step, they removed the existing shelves, drawers and bars. Second step, they painted the entire closet. This was something Mark did on his own, previously we had discussed just painting the repaired* areas. Again, Mark went above and beyond. *Repair is necessary once they remove existing shelves and drawers. Once the paint is dry, they perform the install. I love, love, love the way it turned out. It's functional and stylish. I would highly recommend Mark and team.

Every step of the process was great. Mark was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. He was a great communicator and let me know what and when things would happen. Marcelino was great with the design and the install. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the end product. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his team were extremely professional and very nice. They arrived at the exact appointed time and the work they completed (removal of the existing closet shelves, spackling/repainting of the areas where shelves were removed, installation of the new closet components) was outstanding. They even vacuumed the carpets before leaving!

Mark designed and installed a new master closet system for us, just in the nick of time as my husband & I are sharing a closet for the first time in many years and we needed help! To better understand our options, we solicited bids from 4 well known closet design companies and we chose to do business with Mark based upon is technical knowledge, quality materials, fair pricing and high quality customer service. He's also the only one of the 4 companies that offered a full service install (patch work, etc.). Mark was prompt on the first visit, responded to questions as needed, didn't bug us as we reviewed our options, was respectful of the competition and expressed delight when we let him know that we were choosing his company. After we aligned on the price, set up, he came back to double check the measurements. He & his team arrived on time for the install, got to work and a few hours later, we have a beautiful, new closet that works for both of us and a clean space.

Mark and his teamed arrived promptly at the designate start time. They had already pre-measured everything and showed us digital mock ups of what the finished product would look like. It took them a total of about 5 hours to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves and my laundry room looks amazing! I would highly recommend them and if we ever need anything else like this done, we will use them again.

Mark was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He contacted me the day after I reached out initially, fit us in that week to come over and have a design consultation, and was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide input and guidance while really listening to what I wanted in the closet design. We were designing a new walk-in closet to be shared between two young children, and he helped me to maximize the space with drawers, shelves, and rods. As soon as we approved the design and cost, he fit us in the following week for the installation, and worked with us to find a time that worked with our schedule. He and his team were prompt, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. The closet looks great, and we will definitely use Closet Storage Systems in the future.

Communication, quoting, design concept and options review as very simple and straight forward and did not take long. Was able to schedule within a week or two of when we were available. The craftsmanship, care taken, speed and quality were all very good. The value was also very good compared to other options. We stuck with white since less expensive and typical form most spec closet wall colors. Shelving is sturdy and easy to clean laminate surface. Materials were much better that track home shelves which sag with heavy items and hard to clean paint. Full adjustability is also good in case you need or want to adapt later. It was amazing how much more useable space was created. Besides looks, extra space that makes sense for what you have is great.

The quality of the product is awesome and the installation was done very well. They installed closets in the entire house and I absolutely love how they turned out. Now I have great looking closets and a lot more storage! Mark did a great job explaining the product and the installation process. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Mark is extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He came out very quickly after I had called to set up an appointment. His experience allows him to make quick work of the interview process and design. He let me know he was about 3 weeks out from the point of ordering the closet until the install. He gave me a very competitive bid (I got several). But, what really sealed it for me was his professionalism and knowledge of the process and product. They came to install 3 weeks after I placed the order. I provided touch up paint and drawer handles of my choice. The work went smoothly and they were done in half a day. They also hauled away all the old material. We are so pleased with the work and the final product. He took a very dysfunctional 1960's closet and turned it into something worthy of a master. The efficiency of the space increased exponentially. We were missing one shelf that we didn't notice until that evening and he came out early the next day and installed it. I would definitely use them again and refer them.

Several years ago we used another company for custom closets and they were very expensive. We moved out of that home and decided to get other bids for the new home custom closets. Mark and the other company used the same materials however, the other company was extremely expensive so we hired Mark to customize our master bedroom closet and a hall closet. Mark and his crew were exceptional from start to finish, so we hired him again for this project. Mark quickly returned my call, we set-up an appointment and based on our needs he created plans and for the walk-in closet, storage under the stairs, and a large wall unit for the master bedroom. The day of installation Mark and his crew arrived on time, were professional from beginning to end. Marks product and work are consistently exceptional. The master bedroom wall unit is fantastic. Looks like a built in with our large TV in the perfect place ~ we love it! We have had allot of projects done in this home and Mark and his crew are the best to work with by far. I highly recommend Closet Storage Systems for whatever your storage needs are.

We were planning a master bathroom remodel and wanted to also include a redo of the master closet which is attached to the master bathroom since we were replacing all the flooring in that area. Mark Johnson came and gave us a bid. We provided our design plans and ideas based on what we thought was needed, however, Mark measured everything and had many good ideas and recommendations and we ended up going with his design. The room was not square and had challenges but no matter as it was expertly installed and looks beautiful. His measurements and recommendations were great as all our clothes and my many shoes that would barely fit in the old closet go perfectly in the new closet with room to spare. The closet system is amazing and I was able to easily adjust the shelves on my own. We did get competing bids from other closet companies, however, Closet Storage System had the best price and their product is comparable in quality. The customer service has been great and the closet system has exceeded my expectations.

Mark came out to my house to look at the job and gave me an estimate and drawings of my new closet the same day. He put me on his schedule, but was able to do the job earlier when an opening came up. Mark and his crew were amazing. They arrived on time and got everything done in two hours. The closet looks great and is much more functional. I now actually can see what I have! It is nothing fancy, just lots of clothing rods and space for all my shoes with shelves on top for storage. I really am thrilled with my new closet and strongly recommend Closet Storage Systems.

We were so impressed with Mark and Closet Storage Systems from beginning to end. I was really surprised at the initial consultation how Mark really examined what our needs were for the space and tailored the project just for us. He really managed to give us about three times the storage space we had in the closet. The installation team was punctual, neat, and the team finished the job in one morning. Mark was excellent in every aspect. He is very detailed, from meticulously measuring our clothes & shoes to the install process, he really took his time to make sure everything was as it should be.
