Two reasons we chose them were the 3 D drawings they were ale to provide that gave a clear visual what the end product would look like and their prices were 25-30% less than the other two companies. They were prompt and the work was well done when they said it would be. They made a big difference in how much we could store and how much neater and cleaner things looked. Laura spent time identifying what our problems were and then customized to meet those needs. They accidentally damaged the tops of our washer dryer. Mark was back out the next day to inspect it, then offered to repair the damage.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They were incredibly professional from start to finish and the end result was just what we were hoping for. I would not hesitate to recommend Closet Storage Systems to anyone who needs help designing a storage space!

The entire experience was excellent. Mark and Laura were a delight to work with. The price was fair, everything was done on time as promised, the materials and workmanship were first rate, and the work area was left impeccably clean at the conclusion of the project. I would definitely use them again

My initial contact with the company resulted in a face-to-face meeting with "Laura" who took measurements, explained details of the product and how it would be installed. She told me she would email me with the specs and costs. A day or two later I received the information, however the cost seemed to be buried in the center of a page in very small font. I then requested a breakdown of prices per unit and decided not to have a slat wall installed, presuming that would be deducted from the total cost. Oddly enough, the cost remained the same because she neglected to include the slat wall in the initial price, which I thought was odd. When I questioned this, she reduced the price from $1,575 to $1,400 and asked if I was happy with that (?). I wasn't trying to bargain a price, just get the correct cost. I let it go, but it left me with feeling a bit uncomfortable. The installers arrived on time and did what appears to be an excellent job They were polite and cleaned up. I was pleased with the results. I later found out that another company installs two, rather than one wall anchor that this company installed for each unit. I don't expectt to overload the cabinets, so I am not too concerned. I would have gone on to have a master closet upgraded, but I don't feel comfortable dealing with Laura.. I believe this is a good company, but perhaps the owner needs to keep up with front line activities.

They were really great! They were wonderful, very helpful, and patient. If I had any questions, they always came by to take a look at it and revise any designs. If I have a little issue, they come by right away and resolve it. After they completed the laundry room, I had the washer and dryer delivered. It was a tight fit and the guys who delivered it caused a little stains that I couldn't get off. Close Storage Systems came by and cleaned it up and it looked as good as new. I have no complaints. I think Laura is a great designer. She does a great job with the small area we have. Marcelino and his brother did a great job with building of the cabinets. It was a pleasant experience. They are very polite, helpful, and respectful. I can only recommend them and they do great work.

We desperately needed organization and better storage in the closets in our home. I called Closet Storage Systems and an appointment was set to meet with the designer and discuss our needs. Laura was a great listener and she asked lots of questions to make sure she understood what we wanted. When we saw the designs we were pleased and ready to get started. We decided to wait on the master bedroom closet because it was a $3,000 plus job, but proceeded with the two guest bedrooms and my husband's office. The installers were professional, neat, and courteous and the installation went smoothly. It has been wonderful to be able to have a place to put things and have such well-organized closets. Mark responded quickly to my initial inquiry, came out and scoped the work, provided a reasonable estimate, scheduled the work and showed up when he said he would; the work quality was very good. Would definitely consider using his services again.

Working with Laura and Marcello was fantastic. Laura came to our home and climbed over a mountain of cloths and shoes without getting injured and took measurements. She then showed us some jobs they had completed in a portfolio. Laura asked us what we wanted out of the closet and showed us the various finishes available. Then about a week later she sent us the 3-D drawings of the closet design and the price estimate. We discussed some additional options and finalized the plans. The day of the install Marcello was on time to do the install. He was extremely professional and talented. For some reason I thought that they ordered the closet systems pre-fabricated. No way, each system is custom made specifically for your space. Marcello took the time out to even cut away the base boards when completing the demo work. Each system is hand crafted by Marcello. My favorite part of my closet is the valet bar, I just love being able to pick out my cloths and hanging them up on that bar. We are extremely pleased with the results of our master bedroom closet. I am more organized in the morning and spend less time looking for cloths and shoes because everything is at the tip of my fingers. We would highly recommend this company because their prices are lower than any other closet system place and I feel as if you are getting a better quality product.

Mark and his team are the perfect example of a successful business. Not only did they take extra time to 3D model the proposed cabinets, but he came out and recommended some great ideas to make the closet more optimized for the space. During the install process, they were completely hands off and perfectly installed the closet in lightning speed and great care. I would suggest them to everyone looking for great service and a great product!

We were doing a remodel in our master bath at the same time and Mark was very flexible and willing to adjust his install date, as well as work with the other contractor. We are very pleased with the service we received and we are extremely happy with the end result!

Project was seamless. Mark is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Price was right for the size of the Job and I plan to work with him again soon!

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY WERE ABLE TO DRAFT A DESIGN AND EXCUTE THE INSTALLATION IN A VERY TIGHT WINDOW. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE ENTIRE SERVICE.

We purchased a home about a year ago with a ridiculously narrow but long closet. Definitely not a standard size. I contacted Mark, the owner, to have him come over and take a look at the problem. I had tried using various items such as containers, drawers and shoe holders etc to try and remedy some of the spacing issues. Anything I did to the closet really did not make much of an impact. Mark meet me at my home and within 15 minutes had solved the problem of "the closet". He drew the plans and provided them in two different dimensions in order for me to get a visual of exactly what the new closet would look like. It was really a no brainer for me to use Mark. His pricing was exceptional, his knowledge and years of experience were very obvious. Fast forward about a week and a half/two weeks and the call comes in that the closet installation is ready. Mark and his worker showed up on time and finished within an amazing short amount of time. They even gave me a lesson on how to use my closet (lots of adjustable shelving, how to move rods ect). The end of the story is that thanks to Mark I have a new favorite room in my house. It has changed the way I get dressed. I can see all my shoes,,, all of them... neatly stacked and place in special shoe shelves. I have an entire section devoted to folding clothes. I have big drawers that are at a level perfect for my height, I have a nifty spot for a dirty clothes hamper. I love, love, love my new closet. Best money you will ever spend!!

Laura and Marcelino did a great job designing and installing our closet systems. Laura was very easy to work with and designed the systems that maximized storage and took into account our wishes. Marcelino did a great job on the installation and added a few touches that really added to the overall look of the closets. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Closet Storage Systems.

We wanted to add new builtins for my home office and a builtin entertainment center. Laura came out to our home and took accurate measurements, talked about our options, came up with a great design and a good price to boot. We hired them to do the work and they did excellent work. We are very pleased with the job Laura and the team did. We would not hesitate to use Laura and Closet Storage systems again.

Closet storage systems did a perfect job. I described my needs and what I wanted in the room, it was drawn up exactly to my specifications. It only took 2 weeks to get a date for the installation. Even when I decided during that two weeks to make a change, they came out and remeasured and made adjustments. The installation took just a couple hours and looks fantastic. I am so pleased I am having them do another smaller closet in my house. I would definitely recommend Closet Storage Systems.

The work went well. The only real delay involves waiting for the materials to come in. I made some changes a few days after ok'ing the job, but Mark was able to make the necessary ordering changes. I would spend the day or two necessary to make sure the design (and all the little extras) are exactly what you want to possibly avoid any delays.

Laura came out to provide an estimate and ideas. She was willing to come on the weekend and helped us develop our plan. She provided us with some alternatives that actually lowered the cost and improved the quality of the finish out. We was easy to reach and willing to come back to show us samples of materials that she located for our job. Mark, who is the owner, came out to install the closet over the weekend. The job went smoothly and the quality exceeded our expections.

I called a couple of companies to get estimates on a standard closet remodel. Mark, the owner, answered the phone when I called and then came out himself to give me an estimate. He is very nice, responsive and knowledgable about his craft. I told him what I needed (create a double-hang area and shelves) and he explained to me what he would suggest as far as designing the space and why. He had some great ideas and I appreciated the insights. His crew came earlier than originally expected and my closet was done quickly. It looks great and I would definately use him again. Also his price was the best of the ones I looked at.

Mark came out quickly to look at the closet and draw up a plan for me to review. Once I decided to go ahead, he was back in only a few days to complete the installation. I am very pleased.

They did a very good job for me. They had great service. I would recommend them 100%.

The estimate included drawings of the proposed project which helped me decide which option would best fit my needs. When I called to schedule the install he reviewed the project and confirmed key measurements. They (2 installers) arrived on time for install and on completed the project the same day.

This company was great! My initial call was answered promptly and someone came that day to draw up a plan and give an estimate. They understood my desires and made sure they addressed my concerns. They left brochures with photos of various examples of their products. They were very flexible in working around my schedule. On the day of installation they arrived promptly and were conscious of keeping my house clean as they worked. The two man team worked well together and were finished sooner than I was expecting. All mess was cleared away before they left. The whole process went off without a hitch. I was very anxious to have our large walk-in closet organized...my husband really didn't see a problem with the closet the way it was. Now he even says he likes it and can see how we have a much better utilization of the space...and it only took him 3 days to admit it:) I would--and have recommended this company to anyone. They did a great job!

We moved into a new home with a large (10x10) master closet that had nothing more than a couple of long rods on three walls. The utility room had one wall with fixed, limited shelving. I contacted Closet Storage Systems and they came out promptly, on a Saturday no less. They took a look at our pathetic closet, spent 15 minutes asking questions about what types of storage we needed, then created an initial design. We then sat down together and they refined the design for our needs. We discussed finishes, costs, options, etc and agreed upon the design. Due to a scheduling change on their part, we were able to get our installation date moved up a week or so. CSS arrived in the morning, tore out the old closet system and installed the new one. Then they did the same in the utility room. The whole process took 5-6 hours...just as they quoted. They system they installed was as designed, adjustable, and a quality product. Installation was quick, clean, and professional. They even painted the walls (with paint we provided) and caulked around the base of the units to keep water out from under the system. They didn't leave so much as sawdust behind. CSS communicated very well throughout the process, even confirming multiple times within 24 hours of the install date. They made it clear that we'd need to provide paint for the walls, empty the closets before they got there, etc. We even had the option of reducing the bill by removing the existing rods/shelves ourselves. They did such a wonderful job that I'm already considering having some additional areas of the house done as well.

The technician was very prompt in returning my call; came right out to give me an estimate and was very flexible in scheduling. I will use them again in the future.
