Mark Johnson outbid the other two national franchise companies by being 40% cheaper but also came and did the job himself. This is a local company with only three or four employees. Because my job was a "small" one he fit it in within five days of my call. He helped me remove the doors from the front of the closet and carry it to my garage for bulk trash day. He removed the rest of the old closet interior and hauled it away.He spackled and painted areas (with my paint) that were exposed from closet removal. I now have a beautiful and functional closet. I will definitely use this company again.

Mark the owner provided the third bid that we received and was about half the price of the other bids. He showed up on time, with a great attitude and went through the work he was going to perform. To say we are satisfied would be an understatement. The second master closet is beautiful and there wasn't a speck of dust or debris from the tear-out that he did prior to the construction of the new closet. All of the work was performed before my wife arrived home and was a great Christmas present. Mark just does excellent work at an incredible price and I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Mark Johnson was a very detail oriented problem solver who took the time to listen to our requirements. He was also very accommodating with some of the extra touches required and delivered exactly the custom storage systems we wanted. We highly recommend this company.

Mark was very helpful in coming up with design and ideas. His installation was quick and professional. I have used him in 2 houses. He was half the price of California Closets and had much better options. We had 10' ceilings and an odd shaped pantry that was large. He would go as tall as I wanted where CC would only go to 84", he had much more customization options. I highly recommend this company.

Mark's costs were much better than his competitors and it seemed he had the same type of product...their product brochures look very similar. Mark seemed to know his stuff and evaluated my closet thoroughly. During our appointment, he did a rough sketch of his proposal, which included removing everything and re-doing the entire closet. I wanted to initially keep some of what I already had, but Mark gave a reasonable explanation of why to do the entire closet vs partial remodel. He said doing a partial redo of the closet would not give a consistent look since the materials were totally different. Mark gave me a price estimate after he came up with a good design. The only reason I did not go with Mark is that I decided I wanted real wood built-ins that would be consistent with what I currently had in the closet. I decided to use a carpenter to build what I specifically needed and I would not have to tear out everything. If I was going to do a full remodel, I would have chosen Closet Storage System. I still may use him for my pantry or an upstairs bedroom, but I wanted the "real deal" for my Master Closet. One advantage to this system though is that they are in and out generally the same day.

We contacted Mark. He setup the appointment and came out to give us a bid. He was thorough and professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He made every effort to get our business. He manufactured the cabinet and delivered on time. Came out for the installation himself. Went above and beyond to make sure my mother was happy with what she wanted. He saved us around 40-50% based on competitive quotes such as California Closet and other similar companies. He was able to do that because he is the owner and not a salesperson. Will definitely use him again and/refer him to others.

The closet looks very nice. The sales team they have is very helpful and professional. They didn t try to hold us up or get upset with what we were wanting and expected. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up very well. They came on time and they are very reasonable in the price they charged us.
