Simply put, amazing customer service. One would expect the work to be done well, but Flower Mound Pool Care, and specifically Brad, took customer service to a level that I've rarely seen in any industry. As a first-time pool owner, I was walking into unknown territory. Brad's responsiveness and knowledge was impeccable. I received daily updates via text, and even after the work was done and I was getting my feet wet as a new pool owner, I was texting Brad every night with questions and he would respond immediately. There is nothing that a customer wants more than consistent, timely, and knowledgable communication. Thanks to Brad's incredible customer service, I am a customer for life. The funny thing is you would expect to pay a premium for this type of service. I received three different bids for all of the work and Flower Mound Pool Care was the lowest out of all of them...and they just felt right. The entire company shares the same values about customer service. They're a family business and the type of people I would enjoy having over to hang out at the pool.

Everything went well, they did a very good job, and we asked for a quote to do the service monthly. we got a couple of other quotes and decided to that we preferred them. they are now taking care of my pool weekly.

I don’t recall there being any troubles with scheduling. Two technicians came for the job and they worked as a team. They showed me the maintenance necessary after the work they completed. They were able to complete the job in about an hour. What they did seemed to be fairly quick and easy to deal with. It turned out okay.

I called and set a time for them to come do the cleaning. They did exactly as promised. Completed filter clean, checked out salt cell. They were professional. I would use them again.

Jennifer and Mike are incredibly knowledgeable about pools and spas and do great work! We are first time pool owners and don't know a lot about pools. They came in and explained and labeled all important areas to our pool system. I can't imagine doing the type of work they do in the Texas heat, but they do a great job and are incredibly efficient with their time. They don't lollygag, which I appreciated! I feel at ease knowing that they are managing our pool's maintenance. I also believe their pricing is fair and reasonable for the type of work they are doing.

The guy was real nice and did a good job. The price included one month’s service. I liked their supervisor, and I think his name was Chris, and he was knowledgeable and very nice. He helped me with a couple of different things that needed to be done. The pricing was average and it wasn’t high or low. I may possibly use them again in the future.

Communication by email and text. Initially schedule for morning but had to be moved as prior job was a major one. Courteous, friendly, professional. Appear to be very busy.

Well, a few days ago I posted a review on this site regarding my level of satisfaction with this company, Today I received the following email from the company: " ... It has come to my attention that you have indicated displeasure with either our services or our team. We feel strongly that we have worked diligently to address and resolve your pool service concerns in a timely manner since you became a customer in December of 2012 ... It appears that we are no longer able to fulfill your pool service needs to your satisfaction and, therefore, are unable to retain you as our customer ... we would like to suggest that you select another pool service provider ..." OK ... I guess I'll do that. I respect the company's right to pick and choose their customers. However, I am simply amazed that they would choose to do so without even giving me the professional courtesy of a phone call or a personal visit to discuss my concerns. Oh well ...

When it was Mike or Jennifer conducting my weekly service visits for the first year, they did an absolutely fabulous job. Mike and Jennifer helped me fix a lot of basic problems with my pool and got it looking great. However, now in my second year of service with them, I have seen a slow and steady decline in the quality of work that they are doing for me. I suspect it is because they have grown substantially and have had to bring on lots of additional pool staff, and perhaps Mike and Jennifer no longer have the time to oversee the actually service as much as they used to ... can't say for sure. Either way, I can tell you that they are not regularly conducting all the maintenance that they say they are providing in terms of adding chemicals or checking pool equipment. On several occasions I found that my filter had not been backwashed and had severely limited flow rate, and on other occasions I found that there was a malfunction on the pump or controller that would have been obvious to anyone who was looking. Most recently, my pool chemistry has been completely off and they have been unable to show any records of what chemicals were being added to the water on a routine basis. I have sent a couple of emails to Mike and Jennifer trying to get my issues taken care of, but as of today I still have concerns. I am going to keep using FMPC for now to see if this is just the results of growing pains ... they did such a good job for me in the past I am giving the benefit of the doubt for now. But if I can't get them to get back to basics, I am going to have to start shopping for another service.

We had an issue with one of their pool technicians not doing a very good job. The owner came out to inspect, and then took over doing the service herself. Been great ever since!

May 2014: Mike and Jennifer showed up right on time, and were both friendly and engaging. In addition to examining our system, they spent an hour just talking with me, listening, answering questions, and providing lots of advice and information. June 2014: Cleaned rust stains from the floor of our pool, and installed a new heater. Everything looks and works great. Very satisfied.

Jennifer and Mike were very prompt and responsive. They took time to explain everything to us because we never owned a pool before. They explained the pros and cons of the various ways to fix the equipment and since I wanted to eventually convert to a saltwater pool they said it would save money to convert it at the same time. Since the pool equipment wasn't in very good condition when we purchased the house they made it a priority to get it fixed quickly to save the pool. They did a wonderful job and will be doing the maintenance for us on a continuing basis. They are great to work with.

Mike and Jennifer came out and too great care of us. We bought the filter maintenance package and it was well worth it. Had a few other items that I had previously identified that needed fixing/replacing and they had the parts with them on their trucks. Fully prepared and ready to go. Thanks guys! We really appreciate it.

Just as expected, they will be handling all of my pool care needs from here on out.

Initially, I called Robertson Pools for service. I was transferred to another extension and sat on hold for about 15 minutes before I hung up and called these guys. They arrived on time and inspected my entire system. It was determined that I needed a new booster pump and needed to fix some cracked and leaking PVC. It was their intent to give me an estimate and let me call them when I was ready to have the work done. I told them that I was ready to have it done that day and to my surprise, they said ok. They had all the equipment needed stocked in their truck, including the booster pump. They made quick work of the everything and the work looks great. This guys are the best.

All work was quoted up front and and explained satisfactory fashion. All work was done professionally and items explained during the process. I had a severely neglected pool. Pool needed to be drained, cleaned and acid washed, along with the filter clean. A major undertaking for sure. I also elected to have a new control panel installed with freeze sensor. All work was done in timely fashion with great communication from both owners!.

Very responsive: completed service call within two business days of my signing up for an Angie's List Deal. Professional and friendly. Took the time to explain why my pool vac was out of commission and was able to supply/install needed parts during the same service call. Would definitely recommend to friends/neighbors and use them again.

I have to tell you that this is a quality operation. I had a problem with my pool filter and called my former pool maintenance company. In a week's time I heard nothing so, on the recommendation of Angie's List, I called Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance. They called me back within the hour and came to my home that day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I hired them on to do my regular maintenance, and they do a fabulous job. I have never seen my pool so clean and well kept. They are reasonably priced and very responsive by either phone or e-mail or text. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job, arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Would use them for any pool repair needs.

Mike was very responsive in the initial conversations on my broken heater. He did not push me one way or the other regarding repair or replacement. When I went the replacement route, he was competitive on price. The job was done on a short time schedule which was needed due to other factors. Mike and Jennifer were on time, professional and friendly. This was a breathe of fresh air after ongoing bad experiences with another company. Will DEFINATELY call on them again!

My experience with Flower Mound Pool Care & Maintenance, LLC went great. They were nice and prompt and gave me a good price on the work that needed to be done.

Excellent company! Performed with clear communication and photographed work. I live in a different state and they work on my rental.

Once Jennifer and her husband came out they discovered that some the of internal fins were crushed and recommended that they be replaced. We had a maintenance contract on the pool and had to coordinate the repair of the filter with the additional pool services from Flower Mound. They were very flexible and responsive to my questions and requests. We have since hired them to do our routine maintenance on the pool. They are prompt, courteous and professional and have done an excellent job.

Mike, the owner, first came over on 11/21/13. I told him the pool pump would come on,but would not prime so I wasn't getting any water circulation. I figured I would need a new pump. Mike's assessment was that fixing leaks in the system and installing a check valve would solve the problem. I opted to have this done and to replace the old cut-off valves. Mike's wife sent me a text putting me on the schedule for Saturday, 11/23. That was when the bad weather rolled in. The William's updated me via text message where they were on their now rolling schedule and we finally got a break in the rain and sleet and I was slotted for noon 11/26. Mike arrived before noon and did most of the work that day. He came back today and finished up. I got my invoice via email which provided me several options for making payment. I used their option to make payment via credit card, online. Impressive for a small business. Everything was done perfectly, professionally, and on time. I am very pleased.
