They are always prompt to respond to my emails. Jackson called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and called with a follow up to explain the problem and the resolution, since I wasn't home when he left. I have used a few other services, but no others since I found Flower Mound Pool Care & Maintenance. These guys are trustworthy and do a great job every time.

Didn't give a time when they would arrive so of course when I went to pick up my daughter at 4:00 they showed up, so I was not there to see what they did but I know they were gone by the time I was back before 4::30. I am not going to go into each side of the story but then net is my bill is $215 for a 20 minute service call and my situation is worse now.

These guys I have fond to be the best over the 16 years of owning our pool. They stand by their warranty work. Less than a year we had a leak. It was one of the couplers cracked they fixed and replaced for 0 charge.

Curtis was very helpful, knowledgeable and actually caring. He knew that we had dropped our current pool company and were going to try to do our own maintenance. With this information, he came several times to get everything up and running. He also gave a quick demonstration on a piece of equipment. He is also open to coming over and "schooling" both my husband and me on a weekend. Couldn't be more pleased with his service.

The first time they came out to clean the the filter I asked them about the pump and he said that it would go out but wait until then to have it replaced. And sure enough it finally bit the dust and they came back and took care of it. They are really good to work with and will not try and sell you something that is not needed. I will use these guys every time in the future.

Just had the pool remodeled and was losing water out of the spa back into the pool when it was turned off. So I called Flower Mound Pool Care & Maintenance and they had a good idea what was going on over the phone. They came out and took care of the issue right away plus had a slow leak and had them replace a section of PVC that was not done very well about 5 years ago by someone else. This company is at the top of my list as this is about the 3rd time I have used them in the past 4 months and will continue to use them.

They showed up on time, were very professional and finished the job expeditiously. This company is awesome to work with and has good office support for scheduling. I had an emergency call two weeks later on a different peice of equipment and they were right out to fix that as well.

Brad sent someone out within a day of first contact. He was courteous and helpful, providing information about ways to protect my salt cell and other equipment and reduce repairs. He emailed an estimate within a few hours of his visit. His quote was reasonable, the work was well done, and my gusher of a leak is gone! I'm delighted to have found Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance and definitely plan to call them the next time I need work done.

Mea Culpa here. I checked the breaker box to the pool but did not occur to me to check shut off switch since we never flip the switch and only my wife and I deal with the pool equipment. Well enter teenager without a clue. He thinks he is turning off the pool sprinklers by flipping a switch that is in a covered box by itself. Well Brian comes out in two seconds problem solved. Instead we had him do the filter cleaning service with acid wash of the salt cell which was the same price. He rebalanced the pool chemicals and gave us some tips on getting rid of algae. I would recommend and use them again.

Bought a filter service coupon for $125. Had one bad grid, and the replacement price is $40, which is a good price. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Had to pull a fitting out of inside the pool that had been there since 1980. Diagnosed the problem right a way and gave good instructions on how to Maintain my pool and problems to watch out for

They stay in touch because they are really backed up customers. We had rain, so they called and let me know that. They would let me know when they are scheduled and also call me when they won't make it. They are very good in communication. Their prices are fair and they show up when they say they would.

My chlorinator was not working and the pool was green. Kurt did a great job of cleaning up the pool, fixing some things that were broken and getting the water clear and clean. He also kept me informed of what he was doing all along the way. Great service and I will always use these guys.

We purchased the filter service through Angie's List. When Curtis called I explained I am a new pool owner, so he offered "pool school" and advised he would inspect all the workings of the pool for me. Curtis walked me through EVERY STEP of pool ownership (& educated me about some errors I was making). HE then identified a large break in the manifold in filter, fixed it along with replacing the pressure gauge. His review was VERY thorough, he was VERY professional, VERY patient with all my questions, and he even advised we could call if issues or questions arose in the future. We are scheduling Curtis for our 6 month service already. The best part of his service...he explained all the items looking a bit worn that over time will need replacing, and gave sound advice for what to look for on each to tell when to replace. We will certainly call him when we see those signs of wear! It is refreshing to see a service (of any kind much less pool) that actually educates their customers so future needs are narrowed to NEEDS (like replacing major parts). I am very impressed with the timeliness of response, the overall service, and the price for all of it! We will be using this service as long as they stay true to this experience! GREAT JOB CURTIS! If I could give an A+ rather than just A, I would.

The son just took over the business from the dad and yet he seems to be totally determined to continue the level of quality. They put their entire shop on a truck and they don’t have a retail location. They have got a fairly large truck and chances are they have got the part on their truck that they need. They go ahead and fix what needs to be fixed. I love these guys. I have used them one time since the old man left and they seem to be totally determined the carry on the high level of quality that his parents established.

I have pulled that pump before so I knew his labor cost was fair and the basket he replaced was $5 cheaper than I could have gotten it off Amazon which included free shipping. Very Happy.

Can them on Wednesday and they came to look at the problem on Friday. Said they had to order parts and came back the next Wednesday to fix it. What they fixed was the wet side of the pump not the motor. The housing had a leak so they put on a new housing and new pump parts. Everybody I talked to were very nice. Also, I like their method of payment and notifications using the internet.
