Description of Work: We had her pump filter cleaned, the man who came out was very knowledgeable and helpful with other things as well. I asked him questions about our pool and he was happy to answer them.

Description of Work: I called the pool service asking for an estimate for pool/spa cleaning and maintenance. The estimate was $145 per month. I asked for the cost on replacement pool filters. A lady came out to do that and when I didn not hear back from them. I made a phone call. The gentleman answering the phone was pre occupied and kept asking for me to repeat myself. He did something and was able to hear better, but referred my to my email spam box as the estimates often times go to spam. It was not there, so I called back after the Thanksgiving holiday. Again, he was pre occupied and then did something where he could hear and concentrate on what I was saying. He asked me several times my name while I explained the situation. Then upon finding my name, he asked what I wanted. I had just explained it to him. He again referred me to my spam mail, I explained I already did that. He said he would call the lady and ask her for the estimate. I asked when he would get back to me as he hadn't called me back previously. He said "soon". I tried to clarify if that would be today. He again said, "soon". He did call back the same day but told me the lady in the field said "a bunch on technitions quit over the weekend so it wouldn't do any good to give you an estimate as they will not be able to do the job." I have been trying to obtain thier service for 3 weeks. The lady that referred us to Angies List said she heard the company had been sold and wonders if she has been getting the service she's paying for. who knows.

Description of Work: Our pool was completely green--something that had never happened in the last five years. Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance has brought it back to a beautiful blue! They were very promt in coming out, explaining what the problem was, and when and how they would fix it. They continued to check on the pool until everything was set. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The pool pump stopped working and the values would not close all the way. The pipes were completely clogged with leaves which was causing the pump to fail. Jennifer was able to take apart the problem areas and remove all the leaves.

Description of Work: I used Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenace for my weekly cleaning and I also use them for any work that needs to be done on my pool. This is our first pool and finding a responsible and professional pool company has not been easy. I've tried working with 2 companies prior to this one and was always left disappointed. The main problem seems to be the lack of consistency with other companies. They say they will be out on a certain day each week and many times they don't show up and you have to be continously following up. Not so with Flower Mound Pool cAre and Maintenance. I couldn't be happier. They never feel to show up each week. They do a tremendous job of cleaning my pool. Whenever I have a question they are extremely responsive (even on weekends). My pool cleaner was working okay but they suggested I consider getting a dediated pump just for the cleaner. This would give more power to the other pumps in the pool and make the cleaner work better. It was great suggestion. They installed the dedicated line for the cleaner and supplied me with a more powerful cleaner. what a difference! I am very glad they suggested it. The cost was very reasonable and once again, I just couldn't be happier with their service. They are a gem in a business that is filled with sloppy/inconsistent vendors. I am very picky and I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They provide pool cleaning and service once a week. They clean the pool, replace small parts if needed and alert us to any major repairs. They also will refer other services if they can not perform such as leak detection
