+ -1 moreThey couldn?t remove the stains which was no surprise to me as I knew the stains were too far gone. They left me with a wet mattress. The FAQ on their webpage said that it would be dry. The person who I spoke to on the phone also confirmed that the mattress would be returned dry. After they cleaned the mattress, I noticed that it was saturated in a few areas. I have called the company as well as the person who came out to clean the mattress and they have not returned my calls. I now have a mattress that I cannot sleep on and have to sleep on the couch. I also have to figure out where my husband will sleep.
Description of Work: They attempted to clean a king sized mattress that had pet stains on it.
