They come quickly. They do what needs to be done. They are honest. They don't say something needs to be repaired when it doesn't. If they think it's not going to be worth it to fix something and they think it's better to replace they will give their opinion and still do what you say. They do an all around good job. They know what they are doing.

Two guys immediately went to work replacing the door gasket, which is why I initially called. Water was leaking out the bottom of the frig. They informed me the condenser was on it's way out and that it would eventually have to be replaced. They also noticed the drain was clogged. They showed and explained the problems to me. They said the condenser could wait but it would go out in a couple of months. They developed an estimate for all the work and explained it to me. I told them to go ahead while they were there for the door gasket to replace the condenser and clear the clogged drain. They worked quickly and efficiently and were on their way. They were very professional.

After being overcharged by a mainstream appliance store for years I have found the perfect appliance repair service. Don spent an hour tracking down and fixing my washer's problems and went even further by checking out all systems. I have a 30 day house call guarantee if I have further problems. All for $65. Another larger company came to my home last month and spent 30 minutes connecting two wires that had shaken loose and charged me $223!

Called Applicance Fixx and they were able to schedule technician to visit within a few days. Ruben showed up on the scheduled day/time and immediately went to work. He discovered the problem quickly, clearly described to me what was needed and went about making the repair. Once complete, he explained some periodic maintenance recommendations for not only the wine cooler, but also my refrigerator from the same vendor. Very professional service and would certainly use them again.

I wanted to get a second opinion and when Appliance Fixx came out, they informed me that all I needed to do was replace my air filter. they are prompt, nice, do a great job and doesn't cost a large amount of money.

I have used them before for things like repairing an icemaker and my subzero refrigerator, which they are factory authorized to service. They have a really knowledgeable crew. They have different technicians for different types of service.
