The job went very well. It was very good experience and they were qualified to do the work.

They did a wonderful job overall! The crew cleaned up well and offered great referrals for some interior work that turned out great as well! Anderson really bent over backwards for our project. I have never had a company put in so much effort. The owner himself came out on more than one occasion to make sure we completely understood all aspects of our project. I would highly recommend these people to anyone!

The estimate was for $14000. The young man, who came out and gave me an estimate, was very kind and very honest. I was very impressed with him. I will use this company again in the future.

The job was fantastic. They brought out 10 people and did it in one day. They had told me 2 days. That was only one day of people pounding on my head. He didn't ask me the amount of my insurance check, which is what all roofers ask. I had used him years before. I think roofers always rip you off. It is not leaking. They came early to do the work.

I was very pleased with the work they did. They seemed to be a nice family and good people to work with. The price was very competitive with other estimates I received. The office staff stood out to me in my opinion as always willing to help me out with sending out samples or answering any questions.

On all counts I was pleased and would recommend them for you to consider. Their attention to detail was superior, making sure the vent pipes were painted a matching color to the shingles. The whole job looks good and the crew lead was a pleasure to work with. One thing that is a good/bad is that the estimater came with little advanced notice. He called and we happened to be here. In our case that was not problem. If it is with you, let the dispatcher know when you call/email them. I can't say your job will go flawless, but our's did.

I had hired another provider to remove 8 static attic vents and replace with turbine vents. That provider arrived but determined that the work was more than he could handle. The deal with him was that I provided the turbine vents. So, now with boxes of turbine vents in my garage (my son nicknamed them the twin towers), I was left with finding another installer. That is where Anderson Roofing comes in. First, I deal with a lot of email communications, so I am most comfortable using this method. I sent Anderson Roofing an email inquiry after hours one day and received a response the next day. So, they are pretty responsive with emails. I liked that. The next step was to talk on the phone to set-up a time for an estimate. Chad came out for the estimate and asked what turbines I was planning on installing them. I told him, and he gave me advice on other options (Lemenco) turbines. I did some more research to confirm what he said and ended up taking the 8 turbines I had back and purchased the Lemenco ones. Kudos to Chad and Anderson Roofing for giving salient advice on a better turbine that I had picked. Moving to the receiving the estimate phase, I thought the estimate was a little on the high side. When I tried to get a better understanding of how Anderson arrived at the number they gave, I was basically shot down. That was not really the best way to deal with someone wanting to understand their estimate, but it was what it was. I chose to take a slight gamble on their number and hire them anyway. Moving to the install phase, Chad arrived on time and prepped for the work crew that was arriving a little later. The install went fine and they wrapped up. In the original estimate, one of the assumptions was that they would have to enlarge the holes where the static vents were to install the turbines. Once they removed the static vents, they determined that they did not have to do any additional cutting of the holes and could use the existing ones 'as is'. When I received the final invoice, they had knocked off $80 for not having to do that step. I was torn initially about whether or not to award an 'A' or 'B' for price. But after giving some thought, I moved it to an 'A' because Anderson did adjust the final invoice to reflect actual work. That's being treated fairly in my book, so they got the nudge upward. While I could have probably shopped around and gotten a cheaper price, I feel that I paid a fair price for the work done. Roofing is slow now, so they are in a competitive state. Anderson arrived when they said they would for each appointment and did the work to my satisfaction. My gamble with the initial estimate vs. what I thought the cost should be (I thought it was around a $400 job) paid off in this case as we ended up being not too far off from my gut feel. I would use Anderson Roofing again. They are a local, small, family-owned business who does the right thing.

It went very well. They responded quickly to a message I left on their voicemail. The came to the house that day and looked at the damage. They called back later in the day with an estimate. The work was completed within a couple of days. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. And when I called with a question, they responded to the call promptly. I would definitely use them again.

Anderson roofing was great to work with. They replaced the roof during a week of lousy weather. They kept us informed on the schedule, arrived when they said they would, completed the work as promised, and daily cleaned up the mess. Everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. We are so impressed with their service we will definitely use them again.

It went very well indeed. Mike called to confirm our initial appointment and arrived when he said. By the time he rang my door bell he had already ground inspected my roof, and prepared a written estimate. After a cursory conversation, Mike asked about first my insurance coverage. (?) He was easily more informed than I on what I should expect and told me that they would work with my insurance company, and complete the work that week all for no immediate out of pocket for me. NO out of pocket; not even a deposit. (!) The material was delivered when they said. The courteous roofers arrived and began when they said (no earlier in the morning!). The entire job and clean up was completed in a single day. When Mike came by for an inspection I took him up into the attic to see with him the excellent ridge vent installation. When the insurance checkS (!) arrived back from countersigning by the mortgage company a month later, I deposited them, called Mike and wrote him then a personal check for the total *that we agreed to*. No surprises. No extra fees. No bull..oney. I couldn't be happier. Don't waste your time with anyone else (most are fine companies, I'm sure). But call Anderson... and "Git 'er done!". You'll be SO glad you did... just like me.

I had the estimates from different companies. I selected them because they came out and gave me a written estimate. Their price was reasonable and cheaper than others. They did an excellent job and I am happy with their services.

Wonderful! I called them the day after the storm and Chad came the day after to give me an estimate and discussed the damages with me. Even though fixing the vent was not really part of their job--Chad bought the part and fixed it so I would not have to call another company.

Went well. Responsible, punctual, professional, did good work. I was happy with the job.

They did I good job, but the next time I called them when I had some wind blowing, they gave me a run around and never came by. Although they work well, I was not able to get them to come around the next time for some additional work. They were too busy then.

My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They gave me a quote up front. They asked me what I wanted. They replaced everything we had. They cleaned up well and they did it all in one day.

Everything was good. They were fine; the project was pushed back due to their busy schedule but I would definitely use them again.

They missed 2 appointments. Finally came through, but did not give anything in writing. That took another 10 days. We didn't have confidence in them after that. Warranty they offer looks good on paper at least.

We contacted the company for a roof replacement estimate. We were told they would be out the following week and would send the estimate shortly after. The receptionist was friendly and professional. However, they either never showed or never sent the estimate. They gave us no further communication on the bid. Our job was awarded to another company.

We did meet the roofer at a house we were intending to buy and he was excellent at that time and came and had a look at the roof to see if it needed to be replaced. We ended up buying another house with a roof that had some missing shingles and leaks around vents and called to have them come out and fix things. They were supposed to come out on the weekend and never showed up. After leaving two messages we got a call back saying they were very busy but could get us in and would call us back. A week later we rescheduled with another company. The whole experience was very disappointing and I would have much preferred being told that they were just too busy and that we should go elsewhere.

I talked to the receptionist/owner to request an estimate for the following leak repairs and evaluation: 1. Leak from roof over small, flat portion of new porch roof. 2. Leak from lack of flashing (?) from upstairs deck into back door framing. 3. Written evaluation of 30 year roof that's deteriorating after only 7 years installed by another roofer. They didn't keep the first two appointments. Then, they showed up without an appointment. He said he wasn't capable of any of the evaluations and estimates I had and would send out the expert (the owner?). No one called, no one returned my calls. I kept getting a receptionist who said she was part owner. She didn't seem to care all that much about following up and through. No one called back -- ever. I was polite...and disappointed. Hoped a same city vendor would treat their local customers well.

Mark arrived and gave an estimate when he said he would. The work took a few days to finish because of the constant rains and the danger of being on a wet roof. Whenever there was a dry spell there was a man working to do the repairs. Once the repairs were done, there was no more leaking in our family room. There was never any mess and the workmen were always professional.

We called Anderson Roofing. They came out and told us we really did not need a new roof. They were very honest and explained to us what was needed in a repair and they said we were not even close.

We ended up with leak in our ceiling as a result of a month of very bad rainstorms. We had trouble getting anyone to come out and even give us an estimate since ALL the roofers were backlogged. I was able to convince them to come out to see the problem after several phone calls and confirming that the problem was not on the roof itself. They weren't able to find a leak, but did come out the next dry day to reseal the roof (plus they corrected several singles and a problem gutter). That night it rained and we became aware that we had not fixed the leak. My husband and I found the leak ourselves the next day. By the end of the week, they came back out to the house to seal the area (which was a window above the roof). Given the amount of other work they had and what they did for us, I felt they offered a good service at a fair price.
