They did an outstanding job on both houses.

They did a good job. Everything seems to be holding up well. They were reasonable. They made some good suggestions during the process. The thing that I didn’t like was that the first guy whom I talked to made some suggestions about the placement of the gutters and downspouts. Then when the second guy came and looked at it, he didn’t know what the first guy and I had agreed to. So I had to tell him. Then when they came out to do the installation, the repair crew didn’t know what to do and I had to explain to them again what the agreement was. They did it fine when they went ahead and did it. It just seemed like they didn't communicate among each other. That was my only complaint in the whole thing. None of them ever argued with me or disputed what I was saying. They just agreed to what I said.

Anderson Roofing replaced the flat roof on my house along with wind turbines and some gutters which had to be replaced because of hail damage. Jay McCarley, Sales Manager, oversaw the job. He was very conscientious and made sure that all went to my satisfaction which the job did. He did an excellent job of communicating with the insurance company. I would definitely use them again.

After we received quotes, I asked dozens of questions - regarding the contract as well as the work to be performed. The Andersons seemed very knowlegdeable and responed to all our questions with as much detail as needed and they were patient with any of our concerns. I was uncertain if they had incuded the storage building in the backyard, but they assured me that it would be. They also supplied an insurance certificate with no hesitation, and it appeared to be in good order. They informed us of how the work would go - time frame, clean up, noise, our need to get all vehicles out of driveway before they arrived, etc. Their crew was amazingly fast once the work started. And they completed the work in the time frame they anticipated - one full day. We were pleased with the work product and that we were able to get back into the house (without all the noise) in one day.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and got the job done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves very well. A supervisor came out to make sure they cleaned up well.

I was closing in on a house and due to recent storms was concerned that there might be hail damage after the option period. As I was closing in a week, I decided to hire some professional roofers who can review the roof and make sure there is no significant damage. Based on Angie's List, I picked Anderson Roofing and I am glad I did. I explained the whole scenario to them. Karen (I hope I got the name right) was extremely helpful and professional. She said she will have someone inspect it right away to make sure we close on time. She called back in few minutes and said they can perform the inspection the same day. I did offer to pay for their services but they refused. In this day and age, I can't think of anyone who would offer services for free. They inspected the roof and in fact, I told them the seller will not be present at the house (based on feedback from selling agent). However, it turns out the sellers were present and they were concerned that someone was going their roof. Anderson Roofing staff handled it really well and explained the whole situation. The sellers then let them do their inspection. The roof turned out to be in perfect condition. If I ever need roof repair in future, I will not hesitate to call them again. I am very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. They have their focus on the right thing - that is customer service and they do go out of their way to make customers happy. Even the ones they don't charge! :)

I thought they were excellent and very thorough. They are great at work and timely. They cleaned up well and communicated well. It was within my insurance pay so I guess it was reasonable.

Anderson Roofing personnel are wonderful! I experienced a roof leak which had to be located and repaired. Anderson Roofing very promptly identified the source of the problem and scheduled me for the repair. Then we had a significant amount of rain and the leak became horrible. I had stock pots placed on the floor to catch the water coming from the leak. I called Anderson Roofing and Tina graciously adjusted the work schedule and was able to have the repair done on my roof the very next day. Chad and his crew came and made the proper repairs. He thoroughly explained the nature of the repair made so that I would understand what had transpired. This company is first rate, professional, extremely courteous and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone. I also would not hesitate to use them in the future!

It is a family owned company and I thought they were extremely reputable.

This is the second time I've used Andersen Roofing. As I expected they did not disappoint me. Chad went above and beyond what was required. I will definitely use them again and if you want an honest roofer with good prices, you can't go wrong....I highly recommend Andersen Roofing!!

The office was extremely professional and polite. Karen was a pleasure to work with. The project was delayed slightly because of their backlog of work, and because of my schedule. However, once the work started, instead of taking 2 1/2 days as expected it only took one day. That's because they had 11 people working diligently throughout the day. I'm still surprised that they finished so quickly! Also, some of the crew came back the next day to pick up any debris they missed and to hose down the patio area. Chad Anderson came to check the water heater and attic connections, and also did a final check/sweep for debris. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Anderson Roofing was one of the few roofers capable of installing hail-resistant shingles. They were prompt, professional, and courteous in all contacts with them; their roofers were all company employees (rather than sub-contractors who move from company to company depending on the work load). Anderson installed the shingles as we requested (ie, 6 nails/shingle for wind resistance) and 'custom' requests (ie, 'stove-pipe' vent covers over regular PVC plumbing vents, because we didn't like the way the regular rubber boots deteriorated and leaked). We asked them to complete the job within a work week (not leaving a mess over the weekend) and they complied. They cleaned up reasonably well afterwards (we found few nails/screws and leftover roofing material in the bushes).

We had hail damage on our roof and it needed to be re-done completely. We interviewed a lot of roofing contractors in deciding whom to go with. I do this kind of evaluation for a living so i would say i wasn't easy on any of them. By far, the most professional, punctual and honest roofing company i found was Anderson. Chad (owners son) was extremely professional and upfront in educating us on the whole process, as well in telling us what is possible and what is not. Such clarity and honesty avoids a lot of misunderstandings at a later date. Also he was very accomodating and flexible in scheduling the job date as well as last minute change of plans. The crew was really good. It showed up on time, did a very good job and finished up as per schedule. They did a great clean-up job afterwards, With heavy rains, the very next day, the new roof got tested quickly. As expected, no issues so far. Chad did an extremely good follow-up after the job was done and again after the rains to make sure that we were satisfied. We are extremely happy with the job done and would recommend Anderson Roofing to anyone.

They were great. We would use them again. They were just really nice when I called. They answered any question that I had. They came out to our house to show what our options were as far as what we could choose. I liked that. We had a skylight that we had closed. We asked them if they could close it in whenever they did our roof. They agreed and didn’t cost us any extra money.

They came out to look at the roof but I never received a bid. I called them several times I never received the bid. They were very helpful and responsive.

They came and did our home roof. They were excellent. They even repaired my daughter’s house roof. They are very honest. The quality of their work was excellent. They show what is left over from what they use and they don't charge for those.

This is my first home and I was very fearful of selecting the wrong company. I emailed about 15 companies found on Angies list near me. Anderson Roofing was the first to respond, and come give me an estimate on my roof. Of the 15 companies I only received responses back from about 6 which all gave me an estimate. Anderson was by far more responsive than the others and their price was lower as well. They were so booked with projects that I was scheduled out a month, but about a week before my appointment I received a call from Tina asking if I would like it moved up and I agreed. The project took about 1 full day (spilled a little into Saturday morning. After they were finished one of the owners Chad Anderson came out and met with me and did a walk through of the project. I am very pleased with the work and the price, I would recommend Anderson Roofing.

Brad was strongly recommended to me by a professional I respect, and I was not disappointed. He came out to inspect my roof when he said he would, gave me an estimate when he said he would, and had his crew start on time four days later. His crew, most of whom have been with him over 10 years, started early, finished late, and cleaned up after themselves. They were amazing. They finished in 2 1/2 days, picked up every dropped nail, and went over the entire property with a leaf blower. The roofs looked great. Completely positive experience.

They came out and gave an estimate. They were professional and prompt with the estimate. We ended up going with another company.

Overall company was responsive and professional. Price was competitive compared to several other estimates for same work. Did not try to over-sell anything and estimate appeared to be based on job specifics rather than an estimate off the top of their hear as experienced with other contractors. They were able to complete the job sooner than expected due to changes in their schedule.

After several bad storms in our area our 9 year old roof had wind damage and was missing large patches of shingles. We called AllState Homeowners to assess the damage and file a claim. They reported heavy damage and gave us an adjustment requiring over $2000 in work. Chad Anderson at Anderson Roofing determined that the damages were not as severe as AllState had determined and recommended medium grade repairs rather than full re-roofing of sections. I asked them to carefully look over the AllState adjustment. At this point they had the opportunity to say they missed something and that we needed to do additional work to our roof resulting in more money for them. They stood my their original assessment and said that major repairs were NOT needed. They replaced the missing shigles, fixed a ridge line, sealed the shingles, and sealed additional exposed nail heads they identified on the roof. The crew member was quick and professional. They cleaned up all of their mess and took time to explain the repairs. Finally, their back office staff Tina Anderson did a great job responding to questions and following up. She was a pleasure to work with. This is a great firm with high integrity and focus on quality. I recommend them.

The work crew foreman showed up early. Shortly after, the company agent showed up as the work crew began arriving. Tools were unloaded and work began The crew worked diligently throughout the day, despite of the rising temperature. They only took short breaks and the entire job was completed in one day. Cleanup was thorough. The company agent showed up as the job neared completion and did a "walk-around" with me. The following day, the agent called and set up a time to deliver the final invoice and obtain payment thereof. The charges did not exceed the original estimate. After payment, I was given a ten year warranty on the roof installation. Overall, I found the company representatives friendly, courteous and true to their word.

She was very, very happy with the guy. He even came out one day when he was nearby to check to see how it was doing because they had a lot of rain. He was so nice and she would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else or to use him again. They even have a further problem and my son-in-law is out of work. So she said that she can?t do it right now but she?ll call when they can afford to do it.
