Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound

Had foundation repair and the plumber the foundation company used to do the leak assessment said he found a sewer leak. I did not want to go with that company and decided, based on Absolute's reviews here, to have them come out to localize the leak. The receptionist/scheduler, Mary, was very friendly and accomodating on the phone. Michael called to say he was going to be about 10 minutes late from his other job and then called again when he was on his way (which based on my experience with the other plumber, was a nice surprise). When he arrived he explained what he was going to do to localize the leak; he came in 5 minutes later saying that based on what I had told him about our repair and knowing the layout of the house, he wanted to double check that there was really a leak. Turns out that he couldn't find one and he wrote up a detailed invoice that I could submit to the foundation repair company. Ended up saving me thousands in potential repairs so I would definitely use them again!

From setting up the appointment to paying the bill, everything went well and better than expected. Their online appointment setting system allowed me to choose a time from their open appointments. I called the office and Mary was very helpful. On the day of the appointment, Michael called early and said he was on his way. He took care of the slow drainage in the master bath -- tub, shower and sink -- and said there was some grout blocking the system. He re-set the commode and stopped it from "running" constantly. All for $173, I think I got a bargain, a professional plumber and his back office that supported him. I'm happy to recommend Absolute Plumbing with high marks.

Absolute Plumbing out of Flower Mound installed a Hot water heater for us and as it turned out it was not installed properly and created a bad gas leak. If it wasn't for the Gas detectors set up through out the house sounding off it could have been a deadly scenario. Absolute Plumbing was very un professional and when told about the problem there response was to turn off the gas and they would be back out to fix it on the following Monday. Needless to say I hired another plumber to come out that same day and fix it. I will never use Absolute plumbing again and I would suggest you don't either.

Wow, I have been in the customer service business for 25 years, and Michael really understands how it is done! I called this morning, explaining that I have house guests coming in this week so I needed immediate plumbing service. The call taker was professional and polite, and told me that she would check and call me back. She called back within a few minutes and told me that Michael could see me this morning, and that Michael would be calling me. Michael called me within a couple of hours, saying he was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived on time, went straight to work and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The time from my intial call to having the problem fixed was less than 4 hours!! I was ready to spend twice what he charged, and it still would have been a great value! The whole experience could not have been more pleasant, and Michael could not have been more polite, pleasant, and professional. Michael and his team deserve all the business they can get!!! Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This was our second time working with Absolute and we will definitely hire again in the future. Hard working, efficient and good-natured the whole time, even when things don't go as expected. Willing to discuss costs and budget considerations. Bonus points for being polite and informative while I hang around and ask questions. Repair of outdoor spigot required going through exterior brick wall. Took time to try to figure out the least disruptive and most cost efficient method of doing this. When issues relating to the age and placement of the old spigot presented unforeseen problems, took it all in stride and remained pleasant. Kept me informed at all stages. Kitchen faucet installation was a breeze (at least from my point of view).

I contacted Absolute plumbing of Flower Mound to install a drain trap and connect air conditioner condensation drip line. The Plumber called and asked if he could come an hour early. That worked out well. The Plumber accessed the situation and got right to work. In less than an hour he was done. Very quick, clean, and professional. Definitely will use in the future.

I have used absolute plumbing on multiple occasions and have always been really pleased. The gentleman that came out today, Bryan, was a true professional and very polite. The issues I had included a clogged bathroom sink and we wanted him to put a new bathroom faucet in for us. While Bryan was working to unclog our bathroom sink, he spend at least 15 ro 20 minutes having to go outside and untangle his auger. I was charged for that. Then he went upstairs to put in the bathroom faucet, well after 20 minutes he came down and told me our granite was too think. So he could not put in the faucet. so for $258.00 all I received was for my bathroom sink to be unclogged. Seems like a high pric

One of the best vendors I have ever used. Would use them again and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Had problems with disposal. Plumber came and not only fixed it but showed me how to reset it if I have other problems. So now I should not have to call them again. That is worth the money. He was professional and gave us advice on how to maintian the disposal. I will use them for any more plumbing needs.

I was given a price via an email, and that is the price I paid. The tech, Byran, was pleasant and professional. There were no surprizes with Absolute Plumbing.

Michael came to view the kitchen and gas meter in order to write up an estimate. He is very personable and explained in detail the requirements in installing a gas line to the kitchen. Mary called to get all the information for the permits and was very helpful. Michael and Bryan came to dig, the city guy came by the next day to approve the work completed so far and then on Friday evening Bryan came back to install the gas range so we could use it over the weekend. Bryan then had to return Monday morning to bury the line. We really appreciated him coming out Friday night to hook up the range instead of leaving us hanging for the weekend. We were impressed with their service and would use them again. Price received a 'B' grade not because there was anything wrong with it but because I got 2-3 other estimates and Michael's quote was right in the middle. We chose Absolute Plumbing because Michael was the only one to tell us about the permit requirements for our city and to say he would deal with the applications, etc.

I used the companies on-line appointment service on a Sunday evening and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning without an estimate or anything. I described the issues in detail during the booking. About 45 minutes after the set appointment time I received a call that he was on his way. When he arrived about 1 hour late he was very professional, and went to work on the issues. I let him do his work only stopping him twice to find out what was needed for each room. He replaced the broken shutoff valve, and rebuilt both units from the bowl up, including seals, and tank units. He had completed both within an hour. That was when I got the price. It was a little high, but still less than I was expecting. I did not get a copy of the invoice before he left. I called the office the next day, and they already had a copy of the invoice in an envelop ready to mail to me. The job was completed in a professional manner, and done well. I have not had any issues with it since. I would recommend them to my friends and would use them again.

Reviewed Angie's List for plumbers in the area, and selected Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound based on ratings/reviews. Michael LeClair from Absolute Plumbing called well before arrival to confirm our appointment, showed up on time, and quickly assessed the situation (bad thermocouple and burner assembly on hot water heater). He ordered parts he didn't have, replaced the 1 leaky standard outside faucet, and returned the next day with parts to complete the other jobs in less than two hours. We had ample hot water within a few hours of his departure. Throughout the repair (and despite attic temperature exceeding 120 degrees), Michael was courteous, cheerful, and professional... he clearly enjoyed his work. Superb, outstanding service... highly recommended.

They came the same day and finished the work quickly. The service person was very helpful, and the price was great. We will use them again.

I had a leak in the tank on my old heater. I called Absolute Friday morning, they gave me a quote over the phone and one-hour time window for that same morning. Michael arrived in about 2 1/2 hours (comfortably within their stated window) and did a good job (all joints sealed and checked, new drainage pipe fastened well and not wobbly). The inspector couldn't come out until Tuesday morning, but his only comment was that the drainage pipe was not required to run to the end of the garage, just over the step. Michael had run the pipe the extra distance at no extra charge. The inspection was fast and the inspector pleased with the quality. The price was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Surprisingly enough we now have better pressure and hotter water in the master bath that when we bought the house new. The AO Smith they used is rated highly, so perhaps my previous one was just builder trash, but I'm very happy with the result of the work.

These guys did a great job from the initial phone call, making it on time for the appointment, and completing the repair. Their service rep was professional, very respectful of my home, and explained everything he did to complete the job.

He was very helpful and came out in a timely manner. Not only did he take care of the problem at hand but also took the time to explain, if ever there is a water line rupture (which is very common in Texas), how to cut the water off to the street water meters.

Made appointment using online appointment scheduler without an issue. Tech, Bryan, arrived around scheduled time and quickly got to work. He fixed all identified issues to my full satisfaction. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what caused the problem, and how he would fix it. When there were more potential solutions (1st wouldn't be enough) he explained before he began that project what additional work may be required. He fully tested the fixed plumbing, taking time to demonstrate to me that it was working and compared to what was happening prior to the service call. Material prices were very reasonable and labor charges were as expected and consistent with the better prices I have seen from the most highly rated companies in the DFW area. All our current problems are solved and we will definitely be using Absolute Plumbing again when plumbing issues arise.

We ended up not using their services because we did not trust them. He also started complaining about things that we didn't think was our fault. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I exchanged emails with Absolute Plumbing pf Flower Mound on Wednesday and had a plumber at my house by Friday. You can also set up an appointment by phone or via their web site and online calendar. Michael arrived on time and completed all the work in 2 hours. Michael was very professional and replaced the supply lines where needed. The original estimate was about 3-4 hours, making the installation much cheaper than the estimate. They do have a $45 service charge, but even including that our cost were less than expected. We had estimated the cost to be about $500 and only paid $312. Michael cleaned up all the mess and old parts, putting everything back into the boxes from the new toilets. No clean-up required after their service. Toilet area and sinks were clean and ready for use. We are very happy with the work they completed. The cost was excellent, the time was from contact to appointment to service was very short, and the work was done professionally. Much better than trying to do the job ourselves. We will definitely be contacting Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound in the near future to replace additional faucets in our home.

The gentleman arrived promptly and went straight to work. In less than 20 minutes the work was finished and the area was clean. I was very impressed with how prompt the company was in arriving to do the work, as well as how quickly the work was completed. They will continue to get our plumbing business in the future. I'm sorry for this late response, however I actually did put a response out here right after work completion but for some reason I couldn't find it when I looked tonight. Thank you for the service you provided!!
