Brian was on time and professional. Did not try to sell me things or repairs we did not need.

Mary was great at scheduling and when the plumber told me it was a special order I was bummed that it was going to be a wait for the repair. No instant gratification. Mary let me know when the part was ordered, and called me to let me know later it was back ordered. It took a while to get the parts in, and Mary was great about calling to tell me they had not forgotten about me - but the parts had not come in stock yet. After a while we did get the repair done. There were parts not needed that the plumber said they had ordered just for us, so they would keep them on hand in their facility with our name on them. How great! They were prompt, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves - which is always a plus. I will call them for any plumbing needs we have.

This was the third time I've used Absolute plumbing. Brian completed his work in short order and left everything in perfect order. I love this company and would definitely call them again.

Outside front faucet was dripping. Bryan replaced the hose bib and checked for leaks. He went over everything he had done.Very professional and called ahead and came early which was great. This is the second time I have used this company. While he was here I also had him replace the batteries for the flood stop unit for my hot water heater. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time we have used Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound. The first time Bryan did an exceptional job. Bryan was in charge of this job as well. Again we were not disappointed. He was on time, installed the new toilets, and cleaned up his work area. I will definitely use this company again. Almost forgot....When you call to make an appointment, it is painless. They collect the information they need and give you a time when the plumber will arrive. Everything is easy with this company. They are professionals.

Great! I called the day before at 4 pm after we had our water shut off because we had a geyser coming out of our front yard. Michael came the next morning promptly at 9 am after calling to confirm we were going to be there. He diagnosed our problem as a cracked Quest pipe. He was friendly and professional and overall just did a great job! He was super helpful explaining what the problem was and I never felt like I was getting ripped off like I have with previous plumbers. It was a great experience and a fair price. We had water within 1.5 hours of him arriving.

I have nothing but good things to say about him. It was just one person and he came an hour earlier than he was expected. He worked for 3 hours. He had to take out our old sink, take out the faucet and really did an excellent job. He's really professional and did a beautiful job. It went great and I can't believe how well it went. The price seemed reasonable.

We have used them twice. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

Woke up to a flood under my kitchen cabinet on graduation weekend with lots of out-of-town family visiting. Called Absolute Plumbing first thing Monday morning. Even though their schedule was already packed for the week, they were able to find a crew and sent them out within 20 minutes of my phone call. They inspected the plumbing, sink, disposal and dishwasher, documented with pictures and a report, and explained that it may have just been that the disposal was not run before turning on the dishwasher. During their inspection, they found that the kitchen faucet was in need of replacement due to water leakage issues (documented with photos) and recommended it be replaced at a later date.The crew spent 40 minutes at our house and didn't charge us a thing. At this point, they could have recommending any number of "fixes" and I would have jumped at it in order to get the dishes washed. Instead, they showed us their findings and explained everything was in good working order except the faucet. I will be calling them out to replace the faucet and to inspect a few more things. They are honest, punctual and very professional.

Technician was very professional. fixed all issues quickly. I asked for quotes on future installation of garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet. Would highly recommend this company.

Called Absolute to install two new bathroom faucets. The woman who took my call was very nice and very upfront: she said they were extremely busy and the earliest she could schedule an appointment was in about a week. I was OK with that and booked. The plumbers (I believe the lead guy was Chad) were supposed to be there between 8-830 a.m., but didn't arrive until about 8:45 and apologized for their lateness. I showed them what I wanted done and they started working right away. About five minutes in, the lead plumber came out and said the supply lines had been welded to the old faucets. He'd need to cut them and replace the lines. I said fine. About 10 minutes later, they came out and said the shut-off valves were not working and they'd have to turn the water off to the house then replace those valves. I was getting a bit skeptical, but this far in, couldn't stop the work. The had everything done in about 90 minutes and the bill was approximately $370. I thought it was was going to be more like $150 until those other issues arose. A friend who does a lot of remodel work says the charges were outlandish... that they were in-line with what he would expect. I also appreciated the fact they asked for towels to make sure no water spilled anywhere and completely cleaned up the work area.

Excellent. Mike (the owner) worked hard to fit us into his busy schedule when we had both of our tankless hot water heaters freeze. He arrived quickly and did everything he could to help us fix and correct the problems. He made suggestions of what we could do to prevent future problems. He has been to our home 3 times and is always professional, prompt and knowledgeable. One thing I also noticed is that you never feel like he is rushing to get out of your home and get to the next job. He will always take time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. He is definitely the only plumber we will use and trust for future jobs.

Michael did an excellent job. Spent nearly 1 1/2 hours cleaning out the lines and was very thorough making sure he got all the grease out of the lines. He was on time and called when he was on his way. Will definitely use them again. I prefer to support local businesses and this one is wonderful. Had used another provider in the past who overcharged and was always trying to sell additional services.

We had a great experience with Absolute Plumbing! We discovered a leak in our front yard right before Christmas, and after researching plumbing companies on Angie's List and getting estimates from several, we decided to use Absolute Plumbing. It was a good decision. We worked with Mary, who scheduled our appointments, and Michael, who did the work, and both were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Best of all, the work is good and the prices very reasonable - so much so that when we developed a toilet leak a week later, we didn't hesitate to use them. And we will continue to contact them for all further plumbing needs.

Only details different from expected was a break in a damaged door jamb and the need to adjust heater enclosure door to allow better air flow (not included or mentioned in estimate but not work performed by plumbers).

Serviceman arrived on time as sceduled. They found the line was clogged and proceeded to use snake to clean out blockage. DId a great job and cleaned up the area very well. Very courteous team and would defintely use them again in the future.

I asked them to also check my water heater as it was nearing time for a replacement and they facilitated the replacement and also recommended a pump to ensure quick hot water to all faucets in the house. Previously I had to run water about 5 minutes in one bathroom for it to get hot enough to take a shower. The system is working beautifully now and I could kick myself for not installing the pump earlier. I have found a reliable plumber and am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services or advice.

Excellent service and professionalism. Had to remove and replace 75 gallon water heater in attic and crew did an excellent job considering the weight and bulk of the unit to be removed.

Shut off valve for the hot water heater stopped working correctly. ?We had water from the hot water heater running into the yard. ?A large amount of water. ?We called and explained the situation and even though they had no available appointments they called us when one of the plumbers got free and were able to get the water stopped and repair the problem.?

Absolute Plumbing had installed a new water heater a couple of months ago, and we weren't getting proper flow. Michael came at the agreed time, diagnosed the problem and solved it, and didn't charge anything. The flow issue has been resolved. I will certainly call next time we have plumbing need.
