Description of Work: I've used Absolute Plumbing several times. This last time, the water heater they installed about 6 months previously had a faulty temperature controller; the manufacturer sent a rebuilt one and I had Absolute Plumbing replace it. While doing the work, I had them repair a leak in a connection they'd installed 6 months previously. While doing this work, they caused a second leak. They charged me to repair both piping leaks, even though it was their workmanship that failed. I believe they should have repaired their faulty workmanship without charge, but the questionable cost was less than $100.

+ -1 moreHad minor foundation repairs corrected by Structured Foundation Repair Co. and as part of their standard service and included in their fee, they sent Mills Plumbing to perform a static test to make sure there was no breach in the lines. Robert Mills proceeded to inform us that we must have a major leak in the sewer line because the static test failed measurably. We were a little skeptical so we had Michael from Absolute perform a camera inspection ($375) which showed no visible signs of breakage. To be sure, I had them come back out to perform the same static test ($150) and again, no signs of a breach. They didn't mind me asking a million questions and hovering over their shoulder. They were punctual, polite, and most importantly, honest. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Absolute Plumbing performed a camera inspection, $375 and a static test, $150 on my sewer line.

I tried to do things myself and he kind of helped me with it. He was very quick and gave me the details before he started. He lives in Flower Mound and is part of the community. His office is also located there. I really like that because I live in Flower Mound too.
Description of Work: I used Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound to replace a faucet in the kitchen. He stripped the actual fittings underneath the handle in the bathtub.
