Description of Work: They arrived early, installed new turn off valves, and new toilet. They could not installed the sink I purchased since the builder of the my home installed the backer board too low. They suggested I install a vanity type sink instead of tearing out the wall to fix the backer board. I took they suggestion and it turn out better looking than the first sink would have. I plan to have them back in Jan, to do the rest of the turn off valves in the house.

Description of Work: Based on the excellent reviews, I hired Absolute Plumbing to fix several toilets that had begin to run, and a couple of faucets that dripped. I was able to schedule online Sunday afternoon for a Monday 8-10 a.m. appointment slot. They called at 8 to verify address and arrived at 8:45. Bryan went to work immediately and found the toilets had a "water saving" feature built into the tank filler that kept the flapper from closing correctly. He removed that little piece and said the problem was fixed. He did that to the remaining toilets and then tightened a fitting on a faucet to stop the leak. He could have easily replaced the hardware in each toilet and charged me a lot more, but I found him to be honest and credible. One of the toilets had a crack in the porcelain, and he showed me where water was leaking through the tank. He recommended I replace the toilet and said they would come back to install if I wanted to buy the toilet myself or they could provide it for me for $500.00 which included labor and the toilet. Based on the honest approach he had taken with me to that point I thought it was a reasonable quote and I am happy with the work. I recommend Absolute Plumbing.

Description of Work: Bryan came out to repair a gas leak and fix a leak on a tub vent line. He was right on time and went right to work. He explained every repair in great detail and did a very professional job. This company comes highly recommended. I have used them twice now and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I called absolute plumbing because I suspected a slab leak. Michael showed up at the appointed time and checked the house with his listening equipment. No sound of leaking pipes so he pressurized the house lines. The pressure stayed constant so that ruled out the lines within the house. He suspects that the sprinkler valves or lines could be the problem. Thanks to Michael for a very professional job!

Description of Work: We had a toilet that was loose at the base and hired Absolute Plumbing to repair it. The repairman arrived on time and was very professional and personable. He replaced cheap plastic screws with brass ones and completed the repair in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Bryan was the plumber who came out. He was very polite, worked quickly and was patient with my questions. He fixed everything perfectly! I didn't know I was entitled to a first-time customer discount...he brought it up and adjusted the amount down. The cost was very reasonable even before the discount. All around, a great experience. The search is over for me and I will definitely refer this company to others.

Description of Work: Michael replaced our hot water heater - great service - pulled permits from town so i know he does business properly - lots of contractors try to skim on the permits but they didn't - they do business right
