A Plus Carpet Care

This was the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had a Groupon that had expired for a full house of carpet cleaning. Of course, the paid value was still valid, so I called them to come out and clean our carpets. I figured I would get a few rooms cleaned to see how they did. When I called, they said that even though the paid values was still valid, they would not come out unless I paid another 100.00 on top of that. Their actions were explicitly in breach of the Groupon contract. I even forwarded them them the Groupon that I had that showed that the paid value never expired. They were rude to the point of ugly. It was apparent they were just using Groupon to get in your door and up-sell ridiculously priced services, because that is exactly what they did to me on the phone. If you use A Plus Carpet Care, use them at your own riske and peril. Buyer beware!

The coupon did expire, but the terms and conditions stipulated that even after expiration, the face value was still redeemable. When I called them to honor the face value they would not honor it. They said that if I wanted to pay an extra hundred dollars, they'd come out. Basically, they reneged on the contractual terms and conditions of the coupon I had bought. If this is their ethical mantra, I guess I am glad I did not allow them in my home. They got the 49.00 and I got zilch. Live and learn!
